They ALWAYS burn the pizzas. Never listen to what we tell them to do like thick crust or extra sauce or half of one pizza cheese. And this goes for the Marietta one too.

Took 40 minutes to get soggy cheese sticks and a steak sub that is basically Steak ’ems and they didn’t even chop it up…just laid on the bread. Didn’t get any mushrooms on my sub either and the peppers and onions are really under cooked. Definitely not even close to being worth the $20…also, if you give chips with a sub, you might want to ask the customer what kind they want.

First time customer. Tried the BLT pizza it was really good. The cheese pizza was overcooked unfortunately and the cheesy breadsticks were terrible. Absolutely no flavor literal bread with cheese . The prices was also a little high!

We’ve done 4 or 5 pick up orders from the new location. Every time its been ready in the time frame they said it’d be and so far every pizza has been correct. Tastes just like the Smittys I grew up on in Marietta. Love it.

Got delivery one time and pick up one time. Both times items in the orders were forgotten.
Delivery driver was awesome, and they fixed that order with no problem.
Pizzas taste great.
Everything else is just ok, which I’ve noticed is chain wide, not just this location.
Paid extra for breadstick sauces that I didn’t get. Paid extra for extra peppers and onions on my sandwich and the amount I received isn’t even close to what I’d expect regularly, much less extra.

There were a few bumps in the road at first but I think they are getting it together. Everyone in store is friendly. The delivery driver we typically have (works at subway too) always kind and respectful. We were missing items at first but they were quick to fix. It’s definitely better than Napolis. It’s great to have something new.
