Service was ok, the waitress we had was not the best. When my wife asked about bread the waitress acted like it was an odd request. Said that she would have to ask the new chef if he was up to the task of making bread. I myself have never been to an Italian restaurant that did not have garlic bread, or any other bread for that matter, in abundance. Either way, no bread. There was also some small things that did not have us thinking highly of the service by the end of the meal. The food itself was delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed her chicken parmigiana. I also had a side of spaghetti with meat sauce and the sauce was right on. All in all we had a decent time at Smittya.

Door dash delivery on time food very disappointing two pasta dinners 1 lasagna very messy did not look like 6 layers it wasn’t. The baked spaghetti wasn’t touched because it did not look good the cesser salad drowned in dressing the soup all was disappointing especially for the price been better off going to fazoli’s. Customer service did not care I believe my stomach is starting to turn plus no garlic bread how U gonna serve pasta with no bread but I did hear their steak’s are on point also I’ve heard their burgers are to so maybe next time I’ll try them but it better be worth every penny

I usually don’t give reviews but after the way we were treated I felt it necessary. We had been here a few years back and had a great experience, food was great, wife had the Filet steak and I had a Porterhouse. We left full and happy!
So it was my wifes birtday today 2-21-26. She decided she wanted Italian. She called and made reservations for 3 of us at 6pm. We arrived about 15 minutes early and we’re seated right aways in a booth as requested. Waiter immediately was there to take our order for drinks and appetizers. During our short wait for our drinks to arrive we noticed every time their front door opened a gust of cold air blasted us. I said something to the waiter about moving to another booth that was open farther away from front door. His reply was that it was reserved. After he left I noticed that the party had arrived for that booth but they decided it was to small for them and requested a table instead. I immediately ask our waiter again if we could have that booth since it wasn’t taken. His reply was we have others waiting for it. My wife went to front desk to complain also but was told nothing they could do about situation. Furious with the way the staff handled our requests I decided to pay for our drinks and leave. We had already placed our food orders and appetizers hadn’t arrived yet We were there approximately 45 minutes and when we left the booth we had requested to be moved to still sat empty.
I don’t care how good the food might of been if we would of stayed, this place would of left a bad taste in our mouths. I doubt we will ever return here.

Our server Celeste was tremendous. She kept up with our drinks and dealt with our big order and loud children. The atmosphere was family friendly. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger which she raved about being the best. My husband got a steak which he enjoyed. The other two got chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were HUGE. More like a regular serving not a kid’s serving. I ordered manicotti which honestly wasn’t super impressed with. Almost tasted like microwavable but not awful.

We went the Smitty’s on a Sunday Night for our anniversary dinner and had the best dining experience a person could ask for. I had the Grouper Parmigiana, and my husband had the Italian Sausage and Peppers. Both were delicious; but that’s not the best part. — When we started dating, I would always put a virtual candle up on my phone screen and set it on the table. Today, I did the same for old time’s sake. The waitress came to our table to take our drink order and noticed the virtual candle I has set up on the table and I casually mentioned it was our first anniversary and jokingly asked if it was a possible if they have a real candle laying around. WELL, WE GOT A REAL CANDLE. Michael, the assistant manager took it upon himself to make this happen. This man when to the dollar store to pick up a candle for us instead of just telling us it wasn’t possible, or they didn’t have one. THIS SIMPLE GESTURE MADE THE NIGHT SO SPECIAL. We took it home and are lighting it on the following anniversaries. – Other notes, the booths are so intimate and perfect for this type of occasion. We happened to be there on the one Sunday a month they do Jazz, they had a wine bottle deal we took advantage of, and the lovely waitress even acted as sommelier and poured us our first glass. You have earned our business for our following anniversaries, and we highly recommend dining here for such occasions. THANK YOU!

We went in on Christmas Eve , my girlfriend, granddaughter, and myself. I had the 16 oz ribeye, medium rare, baked potato, and salad. The steak was superb. Cooked perfectly and very tender. The potato was as good and they gave plenty of butter and sour cream. The calamari is excellent and fettuccine Alfredo I am told was also very good. We loved the nostalgic atmosphere and I think I the steak is one of the best around. We will be coming back very soon.

We went to Smitty’s for my birthday, and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly. Our waiter and the servers were very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. We plan on going back again. We do not live in town, but it is definitely worth the trip.

First time trying Smitty’s tonight, and we will be back! Our server was excellent, kept our waters topped off, and answered our questions. We received our appetizer and food in a timely manner. The food was DELICIOUS! We first shared an appetizer of the garlic cheese bread. Then I ordered the manicotti and my partner got a burger. This place was busy, but service never slipped and the atmosphere made for a fun date night.

I was very disappointed with the service we received for our birthday dinner. Waited over 1hr for our house salad that consisted of lettuce & onions. The yelling in the kitchen was ridiculous, our server never filled our drinks. I was so frustrated that we asked for our meal to go, thank goodness I checked it before we left because we were missing several items. I should have checked my steak because when I got home blood was pouring out of it & I ordered it medium well. $115 wasted. We will not be going back.
