From the moment we walked in, the customer service at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team was pleasantly polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Amber, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and completely satisfied. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I also spoke with the General Manager, Allyson, who was just as warm, friendly, and welcoming.
This restaurant has mastered both great food and exemplary customer service. I highly recommend dining here and will not hesitate to return. Experiences like this are rare, and they deserve to be celebrated.

Haven’t been in a while, but have been here a few times. Not real busy so thought it would be good. It was. Newer menu with good drinks. Wife didn’t like hers but mine was good. Ordered the Chili Cheese Fries, floating in grease; super oily. But ordered Fried Chicken Club and was outstanding! Wife had Cream Cheese chicken instead of beef was okay. Over all good. Loved the bartender!❤️

Smitty’s Garage was an awesome experience! The counter staff was amazing we felt welcomed as soon as we stepped in. Jayla, who took our order, was incredible and took great care of us our entire time there. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Great food, great service, and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Average. We had a cheese burger with sweet potato fries, and a grilled jalapeno, bacon cheeseburger with fries. Both burgers were good. The fresh jalapenos (vs pickled) were a nice touch. The sweet potato fries were very good.
The service is; order at the counter and they deliver your meal to your table. We were not at all impressed with the service starting at the order counter. Their service could be better.
They appear to have a good variety of beer, and serve mixed drinks.
I’m glad we tried it, but we won’t be back.

We had not been to Smittys in probably a year and decided to stop and eat. Burger was great. More than I could eat. Fries tasted like the grease might have been old but that’s just me. Overall very good. We will be back.

We’ve eaten at the Tulsa location before but this is our first time at the BA location. I’m living that healthy life so I just got a Taco Salad with grilled chicken and chipotle ranch. My daughter and her fiance both got the onion burger and my wife got a cup of chili. The food was all really good. I tried the onion burger and it was quite tasty. Service was friendly. Good experience overall and the prices were super reasonable!
