I called a few days in advance and made a large order (22 dozen) that would need to be picked up at 7 in the morning. I arrived on time to find my order was fresh and ready for pick up. The incredibly nice gentleman loaded everything up in my vehicle for me, and seemed genuinely grateful for my business. The whole encounter just helped get a long day started off well. I’m thankful that I trusted this order with Smithville Donuts, and will do so again when the opportunity presents.

I’d give the service a 1-star rating because of the lady’s attitude. I’ve visited this place a few times, and the guy is always friendly and chatty. However, the lady is consistently rude and seems unhappy and the behavior is excused when I bring it up. it’s important to maintain a positive attitude and be polite. Especially in these small towns. Perhaps she should consider a different job, if she’s gonna continue to let her personal feelings get in the way of how she serves the customers. I will have to think about if I even want to come back here anymore.
