Had the cheesesteak and onion rings with ranch and a root beer. The service was great with the bartender/server running everything (shorthanded). Didn’t catch her name, but wonderful. Sat outside, beautiful day. Great experience for 1st time here. Everyone there agreed as far as I could tell.

My wife and I ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches for lunch. The first time I ever ordered from there. Both sandwiches were very good. The roll was also pretty good. The ONLY thing that I would have liked different is the sandwich being cut. I ordered a large for myself. The sandwich is about 18″ and we took them to the park to eat. It’s virtually impossible to eat an 18″ sandwich without it being cut. If the sandwich would’ve been cut, I would have given 5 stars!!

I was recommended the cheese steak, was told it was authentic Philly style, was lied too. The steak was good, they did want to smother it in sauce, which I had to stop, twice! The atmosphere is nice and the waitress was very nice, though she seemed to be the only one working, and the place was nearly packed. Maybe they should hire some more people and take a trip to Philly to learn how to make a proper cheesesteak.

DON’T EVER GO HERE ! We were on the deck and everything was good. Till I ordered a large cheeseburger sub, it came as a small. It was fine, no worries. Another customer heard our conversation and made a big deal about it and even had out waitress come over to our table, this other customer wouldn’t leave this go, so she was eavesdropping on our conversation. So she made our waitress think that the world was ending and we were the worst people there. WHEN you have costumes that influence staff, that is a huge problem. This waitress said oh ok, I’ll remember you’s. Like what is that to mean ??? Nothing was wrong. It was ok, but this customer kept on pushing and pushing….this waitress was so unprofessional at this point, we left. Customers should NOT influence staff, I don’t care if someone comes once a year or everyday…it should be the same…don’t go here. Goto Joe’s on 4th and Union, you’ll be treated better for sure. The waitresses suck.

Stopped here to get something to eat on a Wednesday night. 1st time I was here in 25 plus years. The place was not busy at all. The waitress was friendly and professional. Service was fast. The beer was good. Ordered the cheesesteak. The large is very large. This is not a traditional Philly Cheesesteak. It was not bad just different. Thought it was odd they charge extra for cheese on a cheesesteak.

Have been going here for years but the food has gone downhill. I could barely finish half my dinner and it was what I usually always order. I gave 3 stars only because our server was hard working and pleasant, the beer was cold and the atmosphere is good. But the food? Not like it used to be. Sad.
