Way better than KFC. The chicken was tender and juicy. French fries were really good. It was my first time trying not to do and I would definitely get it again. It’s really busy during the lunch rush but they get your food very quickly and it’s hot and fresh.

Visit was during the lunch rush, employees were very nice. My co-workers and I ordered for dine-in and sat at a table. My co-workers got their food along with multiple people who placed their orders after me. When i brought it to the attention of the counter staff, they apologized profusely and rectified the situation. I was impressed with the staff and the manager who personally apologized for the issue. Well done!

Big portion of barbecue on my plate. The guy who waited on us knew so much about ingredients, etc. Helped me to stick to my diet the best I could! Very helpful. I tasted Brian’s baked beans, (I usually only like the ones I cook), they were great! Definitely worth trying.

Playful kind of employees…. nobody wants to get ones order right! Ordered a 4 piece dark chicken meal, was give 2 legs and a small side of fries. I relied on them getting my meal correct the first time and they can’t even do it…. employees seem to be there for their paycheck, and not the customers satisfaction. I have to drive 20 min back to Smithfield’s location just to get my order right…. what kind of service is this….? Some knock off Mcds?

I purchased a large order for just under $100 drove home, to the other side of town to realize they did not give me the children’s box of chicken tenders(which cost extra), sent my daughter back with receipt, the rude lady told her they needed the box of chicken back that they gave me by mistake (did not realize till daughter was gone), she came all the way back home. Then I went back with the small box of chicken but, was totally ignored I drove up to the window, honked several times, saw workers and they didn’t even look my way, very disrespectful. So not only did I not get what I ordered by the time I got back home again with the wrong chicken-it was cold and gross. Used up way more gas than I even planned & lost a few extra dollars. (The wrong chicken box…were they going to use it even though it left the restaurant-isn’t this some kind of health code issue?)
