Smallest bbq sandwich award. Edit** After this review corporate contacted me right away to make it right with me and also addressed the issues directly with store staff. Last 3 BBQ sandwichs purchased at this location after have all been fantastic after several of the same issues where I kept my mouth shut. That said I’ve modified everything about review other than org. Statement. IMHO a review that started bad but deserved change is more informative and “valid” than just unwavering support. Issues with good stores happen and to me it means more that corporate cares and fixes than just another simple praise review.

Delicious; fried chicken, hushpuppies and BBQ sandwich. Service was also outstanding. Definitely not “Fast Food” service. They brought the food to the table, asked if we needed anything else and offered to refill drinks.

So disappointed in my first experience here. Stood at the front counter and didn’t even get acknowledged the five minutes I stood there. Woman with reddish hair and heart hoop earrings couldn’t have been more inconvenienced by taking my order. Didn’t greet me or anything just a flat and quite rudely immediately asked me what I wanted? I’m a bit appalled as I myself have extensive restaurant experience at how she spoke to me. After she took my order she just handed me my change and immediately left. The food drop off was a bit awkward too. Place was cute and seemed welcoming with all the quaint decor, very disappointed in the service.

If I could give 10 stars across the board it still wouldn’t be enough to describe the exceptional services received today at the Clayton 70hwy location! The store the staff the mgmt team the cleanliness all immaculate!! They are easy the#1 store and it was so effortless. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:50. Got there around 2:10 and order could not be found. 5 stars to Mr. Baldwin for getting right on it with a positive attitude!
