We came right around 11am when they opened and we were sat immediately. Our group ordered Mahi tacos, fried chicken breast with gravy, and the other got catfish with fries. All the food came out pretty fast snd was cooked perfectly. Everyone loved their meal. We had a very attentive waiter. It has a sports bar kind of feel in a way. Has 3 floors with lots of tables. And an elevator if you struggle with stairs.

Very nice restaurant. Awesome atmosphere. Baked beans are spot on, very sweet and rich. Hot dog on the slaw dog was super salty. The slaw itself was very bland and dry. Could have been a bit from some black pepper, mayo, and some dill pickle juice. Fries were perfectly cooked but a under-seasoned. Loaded tots were good.

If I can rate this 10 stars I would! This was some of the best food we’ve ever had! My husband had the chicken fried steak and said it was one of the best he’s ever eaten! I had the fried buffalo chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and oh. my. Gosh. Both were insanely good! I am already craving it again! I love fried okra and the appetizer was so yummy! Our 3 kids loved the kids meals and were super full! The portions for everything were HUGE we all left fullll! We also really appreciated the bill.. we ate for under $80 for a family of 5 with an appetizer… we eat at CFA for like $60+ as a family so to have this right on the Gatlinburg strip this was a steal of a deal! We will definitely be back when we come visit and I’ll be telling everyone about this place! 10/10 recommend!

We were walking to Five Guys and found this instead. Seated right away at 5pm, prompt server took a drink order and appetizer order. Appetizer came when she took our meal order. Meal also came very quickly. Cheesecake helping needs 2 people to eat it. A very unexpected surprise. Very pleased

We came on a Sunday for lunch and the restaurant had 2 other tables with people at them. But the rest of the place was empty. We had a party of 12 people that was seated at a 6 top and a 4 top table put together. This would have been fine if it’s all they could do… but they definitely had the space and ability to seat us at a table where we all had atleast enough space to eat.
Our server was super nice and accommodating, but when we finished off our chips – that came with two very large cups of salsa and cheese dip, and asked for more chips, they brought back a tiny portion of chips… maybe enough for one person? Not nearly enough to eat the remainder of the salsa and cheese.
Also, I do need to mention that the food was delicious. Just wish they would have seated us better… that’s the main complaint.

Visited Gatlinburg over the weekend, and had dinner at Smith & Son for the first time. It was amazing!! We loved it so much, we went back the next night as well.
Service was great, and the food was delicious! The first night, I had chicken & broccoli alfredo. It was Chef’s kiss! The second night, I had chicken fried steak, and it was equally phenomenal!
I’m a huge mac & cheese lover, so I had to try theirs from the premium sides. That was without a doubt the BEST mac & cheese I’ve ever had!! Do not miss having a meal at this restaurant! The prices were very reasonable, considering the quantity and quality of the food. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Gatlinburg!!

We stopped at Smith & Son Corner Kitchen earlier in the day, and it was such a great experience! The food was amazing — flavorful, well-portioned, and hot. My gin cocktail was customized and it tasted lovely. The hospitality stood out too — Aston was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Looking back, we will go back here for sure. Truly one of the best spots in Gatlinburg!

We were seated immediately but it took a good few minutes for our server to approach us. The food was delicious. We got fried pickles for our appetizer that were breaded and seasoned just right. I ordered their house Cobb salad that was very tasty and fresh. My husband ordered the chicken fingers and ribs. The portion sizes were large and we will be going back when we are in town again.
