Parking always hard but if you follow the overflow signs you will be fine! Also, disclaimer: if you like a good salad dressing, or if you like sauce on your fries you need to ask for it, they will not just include it. The servers are friendly but only if you ask them if they like their job ;). but the fish was DELICIOUS! The fish n chips and the tripple tail were big hits at our table. I would say the outdoor atmosphere is calming and a good place to chat with some live music to vibe to in the background. Portions were sizeable coconut shrimp had 6 pieces and was DELIGHTFUL. highly recommend!

Split decision: chicken vegetable soup is the best soup I’ve ever had. Literally!! Wow and the fried pickles are incredible. Shrimp & grits, although beautiful – the only flavorful part of the dish are the shrimp. Also, the $10 Marco dog was a disappointment. Not only is it not in a brioche bun as advertised on the menu, it comes with a tiny basic flavorless white bread bun that splits the minute you pick it up. I was able to add toppings since it comes plain but I would never have ordered it not as advertised. Also, the Bloody Mary’s were pretty weak, not a whole lot of flavor. The service was very hurried, there seemed to be one waitress and the service wasn’t great. So split decision – some gems, some not. Great atmosphere though.

Had dinner last night @6:00. Charming coastal decor. Oddly we were the only table for a while but it was off season. My husband and I were very happy with our meals….triple tail blackened tacos and blackened grouper with onion rings. The downfall was that his glass of Merlot red wine was very warm and very old. It should never have been served. Will try for lunch.

This place offers outdoor seating at the boardrooms Courtyard area. Placed our order inside the boardroom bar, received a table number. Our bartender Sydney recommended the pot roast hoagie and the chicken sandwich, both of which was the BEST FOOD SINCE WE ARRIVED 2 WEEKS AGO!!!! COMPLEMENTS TO THE CHEF AND OUR SERVER WHO HANDLED THE ENTIRE COURTYARD HIMSELF VERY EFFICIENTLY!!! Keep up the excellent work ethic and delicious food

I had the brisket burger and it was delicious. Others at our table had the waffle strawberry and cream yummy and Rueben made with fresh baked rye bread and it was outstanding. I highly recommend.

First time here. Was a little confusing to find, but we figured it out. Take the alleyway as if you are heading to LeeBeFish restaurant and follow the signs. They have an indoor and outdoor space. I had the Mexican scramble and my husband had the sunshine scramble. Both were fantastic. We arrived around 9am in early March and were seated immediately. Great choice for breakfast.

We walked in for brunch at closing just to look at the menu for next time, but they insisted to seat us even though they were pretty much closed! Gary was wonderful. We had an amazing experience. Francis was a lovely & attentive server and all of the staff could not have been kinder. We cannot wait to come back to try the dinner as our brunch was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend the veggie benedict, and I can’t wait to try all the other yummy options! Menu pics attached!
