The regular hotel staff are amazing, the girl that was supposed to work the bar. “Bartender”….. terrible. Her coworker who was supposed to be the waitress had to take over and was amazing. Had to tell her to just go ahead and waitress and she’d take over because she’s not a bartender, to which her reply was sorry I don’t know how to make drinks. Her attitude was also terrible mostly towards men. I was totally ignored and forgotten over my female partners orders and spoken to rudely and sarcastically. Otherwise the atmosphere and food is okay, prices on like Wings over priced

Please recognize her in a special way because she absolutely did the work of 4 people while the other female working wondered around complaining. The restaurant was FULL tables outside FULL!!

We’ve had such a fabulous experience here – twice now. Most recently with our server Evan. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. We ordered a lot of their foods and drinks. All very good! Will continue to go back here!

Visited this restaurant in April. The bartender was rude. She clearly didn’t want to be there that night. The food was not good at all. Hope this was just a one off. Will give it another try if I ever stay at the Unicoi Lodge again.

I’ve been here in Helen 3 nights and have been searching for a great meal. Everywhere I go is closed, and the few places that are open end up making the guests wait forever and serve up horrible food. Tonight, was the best meal ever. The food is quality, and our waitress Regan was above and beyond phenomenal. Especially now with short staffing, it can be hard, but she made our meal feel very special. We will definitely be back before we leave town!
