We ordered food online today for the first time. when I arrived to pick it up, I realized they were very short staffed and behind on orders. We waited a long time for our food BUT I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed someone more kind working in customer service. You could tell they were flustered, but they kept cool, greeted everyone, offered free drinks and cookies for the wait, and even took extra time to help a woman walk her order to her vehicle (because she had 2 bags and it was very snowy outside). Plus our food was delicious! Very awesome experience despite the long wait, highly impressed with the staff. Will be back.

Nice friendly and nicely decorated and plenty of space to eat and dine in (not waitered service so it’s easy to just order and sit). I ordered a vege sandwich (there are 2 options and that’s a lot more than any place in Grand Forks!) and the ingredients were fresh and I loved them in the combo for the Hippie Chick sandwich. There was a choice for wheat bread. All were fresh. It cost $10.66 including tax then I tipped $1. Looks like the burgers are hefty and savory so if I were a burger lover I would probably enjoy them here. Nice shout out to Patrick! Great guy!

Overall, good food, but the prices are a bit steeper than elsewhere. Lots of drinks and condiment options. Workers were very polite, but left me standing a the counter for 5 mins waiting for someone to realize I was there. I’d recommend at least to try, lots of unique options.!

Delightful service even if your new. No rush. It’s a calming atmosphere. The service and knowledge of owner and workers is friendly and go out of way to answer questions. Very accommodating when asked about gluten free. Sometimes it can be hard for families to eat out anymore. This I am on the for so families can enjoy eating out together again. The cookies. WOW THANKS AGAIN!!!! But don’t take my word for it. P.s. don’t forget to buy your canned moose

Good food and prices aren’t bad. Staff is friendly. UPDATE: They are keeping the menu fresh. Burgers and the dogs are really good. Keep it up. UPDATE: 6/19 food was ok, just missing a lot of seasoning. Tried the smokehouse bbq chicken, more sauce was needed. Still good to try.
