We love Smileys. The small town vintage vibes inside are so cute and NOSTALGIC! The workers are friendly and always accommodating. Of course the pizza is great but the fettuccine alfredo is my favorite. Served with two rolls and a side- I chose the potato soup which was amazing. Don’t forget to swing by this small business when you are visiting Downtown Massillon, Ohio. Thank you David and team for the amazing food and service.

I dont know if I would go back but the food was ok.. bread look great but was a little chewy not light ans fluffy.. my sampler had great flavor but the ravioli needed another minute of cooking.. the gnocchi was really good and the perogies were really good.. and if u have a little cute Italian restaurant why do iceberg lettuce just chop it fresh please.. and maybe give more then a cucumber slice with it lol.. atmosphere was small and hole in the wall ( but I love that) and service was good other then the cashier.. dropped my change in some water by cash register and said im not putting my hand in there right now so I said just keep it.. but for real over all pretty good flavors oh and the house Italian dressing needs a tiny help

This is a perfect place to go for some Italian style food. The menu is great. There’s plenty to choose from, a place you will definitely go back to. The service was great, and the bill wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for classic Italian food at a reasonable price that won’t break your budget, this is the best place you can go. We ordered tiramisu, manicotti, and pierogies. Every single dish was delightful, including the bread provided for the meal which was homemade. Servers were incredibly attentive to our needs- we only ordered water, and our glasses were filled at least three times. The interior is definitely a classic cafeteria style pizzeria where it’s just an open room with tables, so nothing super impressive, but it wasn’t overly loud or stuffy or anything like that. This place lets the food be the star, and every person that worked there was so friendly!

If you’re like me and reviews are critical for your decisions, listen closely. Now nothing is wrong with the food.. BECAUSE I DIDNT GET IT. I placed an $80 order online and it notified me when it was ready. I had went to pick it up (by the way it’s not close) and the doors were locked. There was a gentleman inside and he was blowing his nose over work stations , the counters, the tables. Firstly that’s not very sanitary but we will forget that. Next I go to pull on the door because it did take my money on the website and told me the food was ready. There older man inside of the building then starts shouting. Confused im still standing there because my meal should be ready to pick up. He then starts shouting even more because I am standing there. He then decides to shout “Are you retarded? We are closed!” I was shook. A slur? Because the website took my money and notified my food was done? Maybe fix your website to correct hours then. The next day I call because I haven’t received my money back and they say they’ll call me back yet never do. A few more days go past and I still haven’t received my money back so I call once again. I call and get a lady on the phone . She was very rude and quite literally was “ yelling “ at me. So much so I put it on speaker and everyone near me could hear her screaming at me. Very rude so I ask for her name and she claims “that is none of your concern” well maam, it is when you’re behaving this way. I then never got my money back until atleast another week later. All I wanted was some food but received horrible customer service instead. I wouldn’t go here if I were you because of their behavior, I’d rate the food but I never even got it just trouble instead.

A nice sit down restaurant. Setup and decor is typical of an older diner. The food was delicious. Salad was a large portion but was only an iceberg salad. The main course was very good and full of flavor. The waitress was kind and took good care of us.

We had a small get together (11 people) here and it was a pleasant experience. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and it felt like eating at a close friends home. BTW: for those of you who like leftover pizza: I had the only 2 pieces that were left the next day and they were just as delicious!

So far the price vs food is way above averages. The roll and Cole slaw were above average. “I wrote a partial review due to our food arriving and I was beyond hungry so here is the rest.” As you can see the baked ziti, a large quantity and was really good and the 2 fish pieces were large and very good. Well worth the price. Well worthwhile.
