Tried this place for the first time based on the high ratings. I unfortunately don’t quite agree. Service was great. Fries were also great. Big cooked really well. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They also give you a ton. Normal to light eaters will definitely want to share. But I must admit I felt a little let down by the main character in this movie. I chose to go with the double Smashville Burger. It comes with cheese, pickles and signature sauce (thousand island variant) served on a potato bun. Unlike my fries, I think the burger patties were not cooked at a high enough heat. A good smash burger is seared with crispy outside and juicy center. This was juicy for sure but lacked crispiness and the flavor that comes with that browning. It was seasoned well though. I think the potato bun is not the right choice here, or at least this potato bun. Between the grease from the burger and copious amounts of sauce this little bun never stood a chance. It disappeared under all that moisture like it was cotton candy. I think going with a heartier bun would make a huge difference. I also think I would go with the Classic Burger next time as I think the lettuce and tomato might be enough of a buffer to give you a little more time before the bun disintegrates.

Love the burgers here absolutely destroyed them because of how good and crispy the outsides of the burger was. Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. They’re waffle fries are to die for, absolutely the best I’ve ever had by far. They’re Mac and cheese bites are so so good and cute. They are shaped in a triangle. They’re shakes are also the best, so bomb. Must try !
