The smash burger was great and similar to what you would expect. However, the beef patty could use some additional salt. Also, when I asked for the special sauce, it was served with mayonnaise. I think the flavor would be more enhanced with the special sauce.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I had the spicy sauce on mine and the zatar fries. You order through a tablet and are able to customize your burger with grilled jalapeño, tomato, fried onions, etc. The amount of food you get is a really good value and if you like burgers I would say you gotta try this place if you’re nearby

I saw so many reviews claiming this to be one of the best burgers in the bay area. Maybe my expectations were a lot higher because of that, but overall its really just an average burger. Nothing special about it my opinion. And my bun was stale as well. Definitely would rather go to in-n-out for a cheaper price and equal flavor.

I tried it for the first time at a friend’s party, and I know it won’t be the last! Everything was delicious (burgers and tacos) but the burger was a standout (don’t forget to add the special sauce, it takes the flavor to the next level)!
The guy is also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Great food + warm service = the perfect combo!

Family went to Eid celebrations at the local mosque. There were like 10 food trucks in the parking lot.
We chose Smasherz given the ease of ordering using the QR code. No waiting in line and our food was ready in 15 min given the crowd.
The owner was kind and gave us a complementary velvet cake and a chocolate cake.
The Halal Burger had double patties, well cooked, tender and juicy.
Came with fries and a drink.
It’s a food truck so I’ll have to wait when they will be in our neck of the woods the next time around. Great service and delicious burger.

Price point is pretty good base on quality of meat and ban, it’s pretty convenient to order from the screen when you arrive the location. Person was so helpful when i had a few question about the burger since it was gonna be my first time to try it. This food truck will be my go to places every week at least once. EDIT: The owners response below speaks for the lack of empathy they have (not for me) but for hundreds of customers that were standing in line.
At suhoor fest, they were taking online order and wrote it on a small board which was hidden behind crowd and was placed literally on the floor. So people stood in the line for hours (I wasn’t alone). And they took more online orders than they handled while people were waiting in the line.
Tried talking to the owner about this, and he wasn’t willing to admit the mismanagement as taking online orders in such a big event was bad idea while they could literally see customers were standing in line.
Bad customer service, the owner was rude and mismanaged their food truck at Suhoor Fest.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the halal food at Food Truck @Smasherz, and I must say, it was absolutely outstanding! From the first bite to the last, everything was full of flavor and perfectly prepared, The quality of the food is truly unmatched, reflecting the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Also, lest I forget the service, which was excellent as well. I’ll undoubtedly be returning again and again.

Came in very excited because of the reviews & because it’s open late, saw the menu & price & for some reason I had a bad feeling. Burger looks small on pictures. When I received the burger, opened up the burger, the burger was HUGE. First bite, amazing. 10/10 coming from someone who doesn’t really like beef burgers (more of a turkey burger or fish sandwich guy). Don’t get their “special sauce” in the burger. Only get it on the side until you tried it first (it’s made of fish). Instead, get their spicy sauce which doesn’t have too much hot flavor but more of a .. how to say it, a home made feel (even though its clearly some hot sauce thats been mixed with ketchup or 1000 island)! Never the less, they mixed it just right & added some seasoning that I can’t seem to even describe. Just a very home made taste. Very good & I highly recommend!!!
