First time to Smashers. Came around 7:00pm on a Tuesday. It was fairly quiet (3-4 other tables) The restaurant was clean. The food was affordable.

My brother and I came across this spot randomly and decided to give it a try. The service was great and the food did not take more than 5 minutes to prepare. We ordered one triple burger and one single burger along with two sides of fries and two cold drinks. The prices were reasonable and the food was amazing. 10/10 would definitely go there again!

Think they were having an off day. Fries had entirely too much pepper. It is all you tasted. Ordered extra pickles and add bacon. Half strip of bacon for 2 or 3 extra dollars is a rip off. They completely forgot to put the lettuce and tomato on the burger and only found 1 piece of onion. The 2 very young men working were very nice while taking orders. They may need to be refreshed on how to properly prepare the food. Also using shoestring fries, not a very good idea. Will try again and hopefully it will be as good as my very first visit last summer.

All jokes aside, I’ve been a regular at Smashers since its inauguration into the Cape Charles culinary world. As a customer, I have watched the business grow and change with awe; although, one aspect of Smashers has remained the same since it’s opening day: the quality of the burger. To put things bluntly, the Smash Burger is delicious. Smashers is an excellent and now seemingly irreplaceable addition to the Cape Charles beach front. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend. For such an institution, 5 stars simply will not due, I give it 6.

The burgers are so gassss. straight up bussin. I always have a great time. You really can’t beat them after a few beers. It’s also pretty dam cool that the place is owned and ran by a 20 year old entrepreneur. Chill vibes, great food, great service. If you visit cape Charles and don’t get a smash burger. You’re doing it wrong.
