This restaurant has been so inconsistent recently. It used to be really good but there have been many times recently where the food really isnt that good. Also, during the inconsistent times when the food is not the norm, it’s false advertisement with the fries because they show pictures of crinkle cut as a side and then give you shoestring fries instead, which are way worse. Even the burgers are made differently than normal with this inconsistency, and thats not a good different.
They also take FOREVER to prepare the food. The estimated time is never even close to how long you’re actually waiting.

Ordered 2 burgers both with pickles and 1 with grilled onions. They had neither pickles nor grilled onions. Decent burger but very disappointed with the whole not getting the order right thing.

I’ve never had so much trouble trying to order something for delivery. The store status is so inconsistent, I will order something that gets cancelled one day, and the next day it will actually go through.
Even then, it can’t make up for the sheer disappointment that the order always happens to have at least one error. You order the loaded fries with green peppers, there’s no green peppers. You order the fries again by themselves, they forget a topping that’s meant to be included.
“Best” is an overstatement, if you can’t be consistent with orders, or if you cancel orders at random, don’t even bother opening the store.

I ordered through Uber eats and the driver had to sit for 20 mins for my order to be ready, I called the store they said it wasn’t prepared yet and I called my driver he said they had no customers. When I finally received my order which is 10 mins away the fries were super soggy, no salt or any seasoning on them. The burger itself also seemed to be lacking seasoning, the buns were super soggy as well, the only thing that saved this burger in taste was the under cooked grilled onions and extra sauce. I did not take a photo due to me rushing my lunch at work thinking my order wouldn’t be more than 20 mins past the eta time.

Ordered 2 burgers and the loaded fries from Postmates. Our driver had to wait at the place for almost 30mins to pick up the order. One of the burger buns had mold on it and the all the patties were overcooked and burnt. The loaded fries were bearable but not something I could eat more than 2 bites of.

I would rate this place as a tourist trap. They would have long been out of business except for the constant influx of tourists. The burgers were over cooked as were the fries. My fried onions were still firm and had lots of skin. And there was supposed to be sauce but my burger was dry.

They did not get both of my orders right. I order one burger no tomato but it had tomato and ordered another with no onion with tomato. Came with onion and no tomato.
Next issue is fries are soggy cause they picked the worst packaging for take out food. They use full plastic containers which just trap heat in but make fries soggy. Because this is a takeout only place, packaging is so important.

I didn’t take pics I was fresh off work an tired I just know for the patty to be so thin it was alot of grease the frys was soggy the bun was moist they packed the food in a Styrofoam box which made the container sweat an cause the wet bun an soggy fries.. Or should I say baked potato strips won’t be trying them again I don’t recommend because there was nothing good to recommend…. 1 out of 10 for me.

Took much longer than originally expected. Burger sauce was over powering and far too sweet. Don’t recommend trying the inside out burger (buns flipped).
