The BEST burger I’ve ever had- the flavor was phenomenal! Literally mouth watering – Ingredients are fresh, portion is generous- I’m not big on Mac n Cheese but this makes me love Mac n cheese again but only from here

I’ll start with the not so great: My visit to Smashed was somewhat marred by the behavior and decorum of other customers hanging out in and around the place, however I know that a small business cannot really control who enters their establishment, and so I’ll try not to count it against them.
Also while I was there, which was about lunch time (12), there was loud, vulgar music playing with lots of swear words, so this is likely not the kind of place you’d want to take the family, especially if you have small children. Otherwise the atmosphere was good. Cool art on the walls, and a relaxed vibe.
The service was good, the girl behind the counter was helpful and kind. Can’t ask for more.
With all that said, the smash burger was quite possibly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life. Now, I love burgers. I order them pretty much everywhere I go, and recently it seems everyone is doing smash burgers. Most restaurants do not do real smash burgers, but simply make thin patties instead, not the same thing. Smashed does a true smash burger, smashed so thin that the patty gets crisped at the edges, with caramelized onions, American cheese and their signature smashed sauce. It was truly unbelievable. I highly recommend getting one if you like burgers, and even if you don’t maybe Smashed will convert you. If you have small children, just maybe think about getting your delicious burger to go.

Wait this place is actually gas. Definitely hole in the wall vibes, and its location is in a tough spot..and across the bus station / post office. But damn they knew how to cook chicken- and at a great price.
At first glance, every table was full but I was nervous to see the TV’s were off (assuming there was a menu shown), but it was just technical difficulties.
I got two chicken sandwiches shown, one spicy one reg, and they both come with fries and a soda / water for $12.99! Unfortunately, there was a little mix-up with sauces but the chicken was so good it literally didn’t matter, and the fries were amazing too, nice and crunchy.

Let me tell you, the only change I don’t like about smashed is they removed the foosball table ! The sauce is less spicy which I love, the new burger buns are soft & buttery, & the service is always really nice!

Tried Smashed for the first time. Went with a double smashed patty. Comes with fries and their house sauce. Was hoping to try their tenders, but they were out of stock. Thought the burger was pretty good. Not too filling, could have handled a tipple patty. Will try them again. Hope to get tenders on the next trip.

First time going, girl working the counter was great and repeated back our order to ensure everything was correct. Most of the food came out correct aside from one burger that was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger with mustard but instead came out with no mustard and sauce on it,. Sent that back and the kitchen was very clearly taking it personal although the lady at the register wrote down the order correctly they just messed it. I then received a mustard sandwich (photo attached). At this point I just requested a refund in fear of what the kitchen would give me the third time. Owner and register worker were very kind in refunding me but still wanted to share experience because kitchen really screwed them over. Hope to try out again and have better luck as my husband really enjoyed the food.

The smashed burgers were very delicious and the french fries were great. They are open late which is good since most places close at 10ish. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were no bathrooms available for paying customers. We will definitely be back, we will just make sure we use a bathroom before we go.

Smashed! Their burgers are amazing perfectly seasoned patties. I got the smashed mac! Great portion of Mac n cheez. You have to experience the smashed sauce. Drinks come in cans but coke out a cold can is best. Street parking! All these negative reviews must be from previous employees. Because the food is amazing!

I had the chance to try Smashed today, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. I ordered the Double Smashed Burger, two tenders, and fries, and everything was top-notch.
The Double Smashed Burger was easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Each patty was perfectly smashed, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. On top of that, their signature sauce took it to another level—it tied everything together beautifully. This is exactly what a great burger should be.
The tenders and fries were also solid, rounding out the meal perfectly. While I was too caught up in enjoying my food to take the best pictures (which I regret!), I can confidently say that the quality speaks for itself.
Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly kind, and the owner was welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu. If you haven’t been to Smashed yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot!
