These burgers are thick and very greasy but the flavor is delicious . The price is a bit high but they are more like gourmet so its a little more justified. I would say if you’re craving a good burger and dont mind the price I would definitely recommend.

Food is decent, a reasonable value for the price point. Problem is with the service. I had residual value on a gift card they refused to cash out, in violation of state law. It’s an issue their corporate guest services has not been able to address. They’re not responding to the BBB complaint, so that’s a ding on them. So my the only logical next step is to involve the state attorney general, who managed to get $246k from Chipotle for the same issue.

The fries were average—crispy enough but lacking in seasoning, and the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Speaking of price, it’s on the higher side for what you get, which makes it hard to justify as a go-to spot.
Overall, Smashburger is okay if you’re in the area and craving a burger, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again. There’s room for improvement, and with a few tweaks, it could be much better.
