Good option in the mall food court. Kids meals are a great value – burger is simple and well seasoned, fries have always been crispy. Takes a bit to come out but assume that’s because they cook to order – always come out great.
Other options in the food court are nice too – Sarku, Chipotle, etc.

I love me a good burger and boy did this place deliver! My gosh the burger was on point! The patty was full of flavour and a little crispy. The buns were spongey and soaking with saucy goodness. Even the veggies stood out which is p rare for a fast food burger join ngl. Also being located in the mall it’s great for a quick meal or way to full up if your group is on a shopping binge and ya need a break. Highly recommend this spot! Also staff is polite and helpful. Def prefer this over other fast food or fast casual options.

Good food. Unfortunately they seem to be bent on driving themselves out of business. Can’t even add stuff to a kids burger? Even if you pay? No substitutions on anything? I get that costs are high in CA, but if I’m willing to pay for things then I’m predicting failure. Sad, as I hate seeing small owners fail.

With burgers at all of these other restaurants over $15, getting a smash burger and fries for under $10 that is this good is the best. It’s in the food court of the Mission Viejo mall. Quick and convenient on a shopping trip to the shops. And it’s fast service.

I went to get takeout and when I got home saw hair in my food. I feel like if you’re paying $15 just for a burger alone and nothing else this shouldn’t happen. Ended up throwing this away and don’t feel like driving all the way back to get this fixed. I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like the staff should be a lot more careful to prevent this from happening.

For anyone who’s ever had an actual smash burger, this isn’t it.
It’s a good burger but it’s as thick as a Mc Donald’s sausage patty and has no crispy edges.
The food loses 2 stars for not being what is advertised and an anemic serving of fries.
The service loses 2 stars because the folks there were lethargic.
The atmosphere loses 2 stars for being in a food court which is not a great dining experience.

Outstanding burgers and great service. Lucia was a great help during our first visit. She got us hooked up on the rewards app and helped us make a great choice on food. Tadder Tots where awesome, beef was fresh and perfectly seasoned. We will be back.
