Great food but they recently switched their staff and now it’s a process just to get something different. I just wanted pickles on the side instead of on the bun and the cashier acted like I was asking her for something insane. Also when you order the double patty burger, they just give you the same amount of meat as the regular and charge you way more. The pic is a regular next to a double. Not worth it!
Update: nevermind on great food. I used to go here literally every week cause it was so well made and fresh, quality has gone waaay down. I’m sad to say goodbye to one of my favorite food places. What happened??

Decent quality. Beef burgers are a little too salty, and I like salt. A little more pricey than most burger restaurants, however, they do offer Military Discounts. Shakes are hand-dipped and delicious!

I generally like smashburger, but something is off with this location. Portions seem smaller than usual. We received two of the smallest chicken sandwiches I have ever seen. The large fry seemed to be the same size as the small and it was not fresh, also it didn’t taste that great. The shakes were good, but pricey for the size. Burger was good as always.
On a more unpleasant note, I took my child to the restroom and noticed that there was no soap. I told an employee, after I told him two other employees used the restroom. 15 minutes later when I went to use the restroom there was still no soap.
We will not be returning to this location.

Staff was friendly and nice but I went there for the food which was not that great. I had the mushroom burger and my meat tasted like how gasoline smells. I wonder if they use propane gas to grill their burgers and the meat it somehow soaked up and marinated in the gas. It was disgusting. The smash fries i ordered were stale and tasteless. You are better off ordering from McDonald’s around the way than eating here.

If you order takeout at this location, double check your food before you leave. They have gotten our order wrong roughly 50% of the time. Tonight I didn’t realize until after I drove home. When I returned to the restaurant for the correct food, I was only offered a $5 coupon for my next visit; it expires in a few weeks and we probably won’t be back before then. The food is good, but it’s not worth multiple trips to pick it up.

Good burgers but execution of final product varies. They have been known to run out of avocado and may or may not mention it to you, even if your burger comes with it. Place is generally clean but staff is sometimes minimal.

The burger itself was good and sweet potato fries were good. Only reason I gave it 3 was due to price. It was somewhat pricey for the size of the burger and the fact that you have to buy the fries and drink separately. But other than that burger had good flavor

Poor service. Food was decent but overpriced for what you get. Fries tasted okay but we’re clearly not fresh. A “cook” was eating while preparing my order. “Sold out” of sweet potato fries”. Cashier charged my card after I had already paid online. Get a real manager!

The staff were great even though there were only like 2 employees working. Most of the soda machines were out, and I could hear the employees talking about how they didn’t have anymore to refill the machines. The San Diego burger was good, but buns were ridiculously small.
