I am not one to share negative reviews however I was a little less than impressed with the service. I wanted to step in and train them on personal communication and then clean for them. The floors in the bathroom were so slippery that I warned my son so he would have the same issue when he went into the mens room. They weren’t busy so I don’t know why they would have dirty tables and floors. This is just one that needed to be cleaned the whole time we were there. Just sayin, I think my first experience was good food, poor service. I will say that the company does seem to want to improve as they have reached out and acknowledged that they will have some conversations. With that being said, I am increasing my stars to 4 because of the effort.

The staff working were polite, my turmeric lemonade was refreshing and my burger was filling. All the toppings were crisp & enjoyed the crunch and flavors of each bite. My order was to-go, so I can’t speak much for what it’s like to eat on site.

Went a few months ago, waited in line, get to the front and they say they aren’t taking any more orders because they got a huge online order. Ok, we left. Went today and they said the AC was out so no dining room. That’s fine I just want something to go. Nope, online orders only. I was standing right there talking to them. I have never been to a smashburger, but I will definitely be returning. The food is amazing. I loved their bacon avocado burger, and their fries are really good as well. The workers were really nice as well, and they checked in with us a couple of times.

First time ever eating here, and I got the burnt ends burger or whatever it’s called, with the onion rings. So good, I mean really really. That saying “So good it’ll make you slap your .mama?” I definitely would’ve got slapped back, but mom would have had to get the business, lol.

Female service attendant with hand tattoos was downright scary. She openly asked me if I was staring her down for smash sauce. I was waiting for my food. No need to harass customers who are waiting for take out. She also had a phone call going on with her ear buds. Will not return.

Everytime we come to this location they get our order wrong. On multiple occasions they’ve served cheese burgers to us without cheese. Every other location I’ve never had a problem, but this one is consistently bad.

Female member taking my order could not be bothered. Pretty sullen and unhelpful. Onion haystack was greasy. Also can we stop with the tipping for everything? Before service? Also card didn’t go thru the first time. Next time In definitely made it a point to give no tip due the death stare. She dropped the receipt instead of handing it to and looked away. When I asked Richard to what I name of the person I dealt with was, he didn’t know. Avoid location.

The burger wasn’t bad! The cashier was good. But there was this guy off to the side that told some of baseball kids that it was going to be 40 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t even busy because they make the hamburger when you order. Why didn’t he go back and help instead of turning away willful customers? Maybe, someone one from there corporate office should pay a suprise visit with several friends…but it happens again.
