This is a fast food place so of course not much expected for atmosphere, but decent offering if you want quick simple good sandwiches. We liked that chicken burgers and surprisingly fried Brussels sprouts were offered. Wish the menu lettering was larger, it felt like being at the optometrist for an eye exam.

They were a bit backed up with orders when we arrived so we had to wait 10 ish minutes to order, but the manager was very on top of it and had great communication with his team and the customers! Everyone was so nice and apologetic and they even gave us a 25% discount for the wait! Lovely people all around and we got our order super fast and it was delicious as always 🙂

My experience in SmashBurger was phenomenal. I haven’t been here in years and today i decided to come in. Everything is so different but in a good way! The person that helped me choose my meal today was Arath and man he did not miss!! He recommended me the Colorado with Smash Fry’s and it was amazing. Stopped by Smashburger and honestly… still has 10/10 vibes. The burger was juicy, the crispy edges were chef’s kiss, and the toppings were stacked just right. The fries? Perfectly salty and crunchy—basically impossible not to finish the whole thing.
The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and the food came out fast (bless). It’s just one of those spots where you walk out happy and full.

I typically visit every Sunday here. Its my alone/ me time to enjoy a meal out. Honestly the prices are great lately and I like the quality of the meals here. Definitely worth it compared to alternatives in the area. I enjoy that its quiet and I can enjoy a meal in peace. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

His service was top-notch without being overbearing, and always ready to answer any questions I had about the menu. What really stood out was how perfectly Lawrence cooked my burger. It was cooked exactly to my preference, juicy, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering great food and a fantastic experience. If you’re visiting Smashburger, I highly recommend asking for Lawrence. He truly makes the meal memorable with his exceptional service and cooking skills!

Smashburger? More like Trashburger. I should’ve realized something was wrong when the place was completely empty at lunchtime—that was the first red flag. I ordered and got my food about 10 minutes later.
The fries were okay to good.
The burger, though, was awful. How a chain literally called Smashburger can serve a burger this bad is beyond me. Only ketchup, no flavor. I forced myself to eat it, but it’s easily one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s called Smashburger because after the first bite, you want to smash it into the tray out of disappointment.

Wayne is great, made me feel welcome and checked on how I enjoyed the meal. Presented coupons even though I had no complaints. Couldn’t ask for more effort on behalf of management to make sure customer service is prioritized. Would like to see more stores run like this one universally.
