I recently visited Smashburger and tried the Classic Single Patty — and wow, it did not disappoint! The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. The toasted bun held everything together nicely without getting soggy, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. You can really taste the quality in every bite. It’s a simple burger done exceptionally well. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving a great burger!

Realistically, I don’t like leaving bad reviews—especially since I didn’t even get to eat here. However, there were no posted signs indicating whether the restaurant was open or closed. The door was unlocked, so I walked in hoping to grab some water, but it was dim inside, so I wasn’t sure if they were open.
An employee asked, “What can I help you with?” I replied that I was just hoping to get some water, but before I could finish, I was snapped at with, “Well, can’t you see we’re closed?” He shook his head as I turned to leave.
I completely understand being closed—that’s not the issue. The issue is how customers are spoken to. A simple, polite response like, “Hello sir, unfortunately we’re not open yet, but we’ll be happy to take care of you when we do,” would’ve made all the difference.
Hopefully, management sees this as constructive feedback to improve communication and professionalism.

This Smashburger is always great for a quick bite, and a generally pleasant no-frills experience. There’s always plenty of available seating, and the restaurant is generally pretty clean.
The order accuracy is not always the best, so be sure to double check your food before you walk out.
