These are not just your ordinary burgers! These burgers are seasoned to perfection! The smash fries as well! I knew we had to get some lunch at the airport, and we wanted to try a new place. I have heard that the avocado chicken club is the best. I actually just got the grilled chicken burger on there wheat bun. It was really good. And my husband loved his classic cheeseburger. There were way too many onions, so, if you don’t like onions, make sure you ask them not to put any on. We just took ours off. The fries are really good, but they were definitely greasy when we got to the bottom. So, if you need to avoid greasy foods, this may not be the place for you. I will definitely revisit when I’m at the airport. I wish that we had one locally that I could visit without visiting the airport.

Customer service has been consistently horrible. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The different front line cashiers tell you to use the kiosk or hide behind the soda machine while they text on their phone, if they are there at all. This particular visit it took 20 minutes to make 1 burger with 3 cooks. The food is the only saving grace. It’s typical Smash Food.

Swung by this morning for a quick bite before I jumped on a flight. I ordered a Smash with bacon and blue cheese. The girl behind the counter seemed to literally hide behind the soda machine, looking at her phone and sipping her Beans and Brew and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The kid in the kitchen looked like he’d just rolled out of bed and hadn’t bathed or seen the business end of a hairbrush in days.

As a vegetarian, I was hopeful about finding a tasty alternative at Smashburger. Unfortunately, their vegetarian burger fell short of expectations. The patty lacked flavor and was rather bland, making it a forgettable choice. While the toppings and sauces were decent, they couldn’t salvage the overall taste. On the positive side, the service was prompt, and the restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. However, the menu lacked variety for non-meat eaters, leaving me feeling like I settled for a standard fast food option. If you’re a vegetarian looking for a satisfying burger experience, you might want to explore other options in the area.

Convienent Courteous employees across from Frontier B Gates. Their seasoned tots with ranch or fry sauce are scrumptious.

I have eaten here a few times. Every time it has taken quite some time to get my food. Once my chicken had wood breast and even though it was cooked, tasted and felt like it wasn’t. The next time I had their strips and they were okay. This most recent time I had the double avocado Bacon club. From the time I ordered to getting my food was about 40 minutes. Very unorganized, the employee seemed to be moving very slowly and just didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency.

I try to avoid airport fast food at much as possible because it’s usually overpriced and not good. But this placed surprised me. As stated earlier I don’t eat at airports really but my flight got delayed by two hours so my dreams of eating food when I land were kaput. For a single patty and fries it was $10 which wasn’t bad at all. I was deciding between this place or pick up stix? Sticks with an X? If any of my brethren caught me eating there I’d have to hand over my Asian card so smash burger was my choice. Food was good, it wasn’t a true smash burger but the patty was thin. The fries with the rosemary and olive oil were good albeit there was a lot of oil. Rosemary flavor was great, but unless you wanna experience the amount of fat someone on keto consumes in a single serving of fries I would just get the regular fries. I still have an hour left so that gives me enough time to walk about the quarter cup of olive oil that seasoned my fries.

Food is GREAT! I absolutely love the food here. However, there’s little to no sitting area which really sucks. Plus the customer service here is ALWAYS terrible. They ignore their customers, text and use their phones and always hate/give attitude. Management should work on that. FYI: they don’t accept cash and only take cards.

Wait time was ridiculous and my order was wrong. I had a two hour layover and spent so much time waiting on my food that I had to take it on board. I wouldn’t return but there aren’t many options available in that area.

The little paper pouch of smash tots that they gave me had about two inches of oil at the bottom (not an exaggeration). I looked at it and thought how does it not seep through the paper container…? And then I lifted the whole food bag and realized it had already leaked all over my clothes, ruining both my shirt and pants (I was not able to wash out the oil when I got home). Luckily I had my suitcase with a change of clothes with me, but what could their POSSIBLE reasoning be for filling a paper container with ANY amount of liquid oil?
