I’m pretty disappointed ngl. We waited in line for 15 minutes while we were ignored by workers. By the time we were asked what we wanted there was a line to the door. Food was underwhelming. Grease dripped from the burgers and my cheese slid off like it was a waterslide. Fried tasted like oil, but they were seasoned great and crispy! Table was fine and the floor was dirty. Also way overpriced. Overall a low 2/5. I’d recommend coming here if you’re not looking to be satisfied.

They have great food. Very flavorful burgers and a good size menu. The Rosemary fries are so good and I love that they have fry sauce here. We ordered a peanut butter Oreo shake and it was fine but definitely needed more peanut butter flavor in it. The flavor of the shake was pretty mild. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is I came here because we have a starving student card and smash burger is on there with a buy one get one free deal which is why we came here. We are trying to save money. The employee said they aren’t suppose to be on the starving student card and he wouldn’t honor it. I feel like they need to honor it since they are on there.

Pretty good! The Crispy Chicken sandwich was awesome! We found something here for each family member. The fries are good and the burgers looked good too. They were full. The chicken tenders were a good size too. They were short-staffed so they warned us up front that it would be 15-20 minutes before we would get our food. And it was. That was hard for one of our little kids but at least we knew before we ordered. The floor was sort of slippery/oily towards the back where we were sitting.

I’ve loved Smashburger for a long time. Their food is always amazing.
But I must must sing praises for this last experience. We ordered the truffle mushroom burger, a sin city burger, smash fries, and a salted caramel milkshake. Milkshakes are made with Hagan dazz, so you can’t go wrong there…
But the burgers were definitely the highlight. They SLAPPED like no other burgers before them.
The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

The burger was great, however the tater tots were disgusting. Based on the amount of oil that leaked out of the cup one might assume that they use the spoon instead of the strainer to get them out of the fryer. Also the amount of Rosemary that they add or sprinkle on was overbearing. Although you can’t tell by the picture the oil was still flowing out of the cup after being like that for at least a minute or two. Strike this one off the list!

Been here a handful of time over the past few months really wanting to give this place a shot as i’ve heard alot good things about Smashburger. Over the course of 4 different visits i’ve found the following.
Burgers are always over salted- Could be a preference thing, but me and 3 other thought the same.
Staff is relatively unfriendly, not sure if this is because they are having a bad day/days or?
The highlights,
Their Nashville chicken is good, Buns across the board are always soft and that is a big bonus. Fries and sides are well seasoned and crispy. Food is always Hot and fresh so that has not been a concern, seems made to order which is also a big plus.
Always families dining in which is a bonus for dine in atmosphere.
Also prices are relatively higher than competitors.

Our family was so excited to go to a regular fave after the tulip festival. We were starving and hand-picked this restaurant due to past incredible experiences. First thing I noticed was they didn’t have my favorite turkey burger on the menu. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she said “oh yeah, we don’t sell that anymore.” We had to wait over 15 minutes for our food and once our burgers came out, every single patty was burned black and even the cheese was fried to a crisp. From what we heard other tables saying, theirs were also burned. It was a completely overpriced experience for the terrible burgers we got. As we left (extremely dissatisfied with our meal) we noticed the banners outside noting “under new management.” So disappointing to see such a dramatic decline in service and food quality. We won’t be going there again.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The service was awful. We waited at the cashier station while the worker told us to wait for him to be ready. The worker wasn’t even doing anything. By the time he got to us there was a long line. The food came out very greasy, I couldn’t eat the bottom portion of my hamburger bun because it was so greasy. The fries were good. They didn’t have trays to serve the food on. The worker said they were all dirty…. They forgot an item we ordered and when we asked for it the worker seemed very annoyed and put out. My husband and I are very understanding people, but this was just ridiculous. No customer at all from any employee.
