I really enjoyed the hamburger but if you have a gluten allergy like I do you are in for disappointment. The bun started falling apart right at the beginning and completely fell apart before I finished the hamburger. I have had gluten free buns at other restaurants but this was the worst of them all.

Food was good, but WAYYYYYY overpriced. Like double what it should be given the portions! The gluten free bun was pretty dry, fries overcooked/burnt, and dairy free shake was too runny. $22 + tip for my 3 piece meal The flavors were good, but don’t think I’ll be back given the price and portion size. Good to know they offer vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options

First time trying Smashburger. I ordered the Colorado burger, Smash tots, and a drink. Came out to just shy of $20. So I had high expectations given the price. And it didn’t disappoint. My burger was hot, juicy, and cheese plenty gooey. I gotta say that the green chilies were great. A very good burger. Smash tots were hot as well, and the herb seasoning added a nice depth to a typically ordinary side dish. They were cooked well, just the right amount of crunch. Cleansed the palate with dragonfruit juice. Overall a good meal. But $20 is steep for fast food for one person. I’m not sure the cost is justified, but I wouldn’t necessarily be opposed to returning. There are plentry of other burger joints out there just as good and less expensive.

My lovely bride and I stopped for a quick lunch at SmashBurger. There were two in front and two behind us. Ellie was attentive and told us she would get to us shortly.
We split a BBQ Bacon SmashBurger with fries. When we told her we were splitting, she had the cook cut it for us! She also brought out an extra “plate” when she brought it out.
Ellie was walking past our table and offered to take our empty trays! She was so nice. She did the same for others that were sitting. We have not been a SmashBurger for a few years but based on the treatment we received today and the good burger & rosemary garlic fries, we will be back!

Food is good but they’re stingy with the fries for sure. Also, if it’s this dirty in the front of the house, how does the kitchen look? They need to have better standards.

Update: I received a comment from Smashburger asking for me to follow up personally with an email to them. It’s been a couple of weeks now and after providing the info that was requested, I haven’t gotten any type of response back. In response to thier lack of response, I’m taking away a star. After reading further reviews, more recent than mine, that are just as bad, it seems like even corporate doesn’t care.

Our crew stopped in for dinner after a long, fun day at the lake. Great quality food at a fair price! In addition, attentive customer service provided by Jose and crew. And don’t forget to grab a shake for dessert on the way out!

Great food and great service! Convenient location with plenty of seating (if COVID allows) inside and out! Our food always comes out quickly, and tastes great. Their onion haystacks are amazing, and smash fries are to die for. Great shakes too!

This location in particular is doing a good job keeping up with cleanliness during the pandemic, sanitizing tables often and keeping contact to a minimum.

My son and I just had dinner at the Loveland location. Hadn’t been there since last spring. I had high expectations for the food to be great…huge letdown! We ordered the classic. My son can’t tolerate cheese and we expressed that two times…his burger had cheese! Is it really that difficult to get an order right? Ten minutes later, his remade burger was sitting at the front and I retrieved it! I ordered the sweet potato fries and they were just awful. Dry and cold. Spent over $30! NEVER AGAIN! Save your money and go elsewhere. Update: after my review, I received a response to use a certain email address to “resolve the issue”. Crickets are getting loud. AGAIN, do not go to the Loveland location. Just awful!

This is really close to our house and they have always off a large patio which is fantastic because I have brought our Thursday night group ride bike crew and we’ve taken up only half of the outside patio. Really good food and my specialty is the Colorado Burger with a fried egg on it. The only thing they’re missing is their liquor license for at least beer.

Friendly service but the food prep has gone downhill over the last couple of years. The burger paddies these days are like kids burgers so you have to get a double or triple just to get enough meat. Picture shown is a double and it doesnt even come close to filling out the bun. You have to tear away an inch of bun so you’re not just eating bread. This is the most expensive fast food burger AND the smallest fast food burger. Its a shame too. I remember when the paddies used to hang off the edge of the bun years ago. Its a good flavor but now they just rip you off.
