Just went to this location, walked in to an empty lobby. Stood there for almost 5 minutes until the GM came out to help us. After having to be told by the cook that we were there. She walked out on Her phone. Proceeds to walk over with no actual customer service or any kind of polite etiquette that I’ve ever seen. Takes my order but fails to listen when I told her clearly I wanted 3 milkshakes. No, I’m not a point where I won’t give this company anymore. Money, there’s no customer service etiquette, there is no cleanliness of this restaurant. The floors were dirty as all get out. The tables were completely covered with stuff. There was no napkins anywhere, no salt and pepper anywhere. And that’s from the general manager Gabby running the store. I think as a Business you might want to reevaluate her being a general manager.if I could I’d give one star.

With the cost of fast food rising significantly, Smashburger makes a ton of sense. Their burgers are very delicious, made well, and the haystack onions are probably my favorite side of any fast food joint. Smashburger for sure satisfied my burger craving.

Good food if they make your food the way u ask. I usually get the Colorado burger. With no lettuce and add bacon and a fried egg. Just don’t understand why they can never remember to not put lettuce on and get the fried egg and bacon on. Then I half to call cause I get my food before work. So I can’t go back. Then u call em and they don’t answer the phone. Usually have to call em in the morning for them to answer the phone. I know the cook has the no lettuce and add ons cause it’s on order slip on my bag. I’ve tried in the past to let em know, so they can retrain the cook. They don’t seem to care.

Really a step above the rest. The specialty brisket burger is my absolute favorite – I rarely finish a burger and I’ve inhaled one within minutes. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts and the haystack onions. As for this location, it is always clean and the night staff are so so friendly and prompt.

Good place to have a quick burger and not be bothered. My double bacon smash Burger was good but not anything special, the fries were seasoned and tasted very good, excellent milk shakes made with good ice-cream. The service was fast but this place didn’t feel cozy or welcoming .The cooks and servers were too busy talking amongst each other. The person who brought out our food didn’t say a word. Which sometimes for some people is a plus.
