Stephanie and the staff at this place are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I have a great time every time I visit. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and fun. I come here at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays or Sundays. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 experience.

I’ve always loved Smashburger, but this location is by far the worst. In the past three weeks I’ve gone there three times. Two of those times they messed up my order and the food tasted terrible. The other time I stood there for about 10 minutes and no one came out to take my order or even acknowledge that I was there.
I’m not sure what the issue is at this location, but the service and food quality have both been really disappointing. With how expensive everything is these days, I’m definitely not going to keep wasting my money here.

Whether you visit at 10:45 a.m. or 9:15 p.m., the level of service should remain the same, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. We were told that no fried items were available, which gave the impression that the staff was more focused on closing early than providing a consistent experience.
While we understand the desire to wrap up for the night, the posted closing time is 9:30 p.m., not 9:00 p.m., and customers deserve the same attention and menu options regardless of the hour.

The manager was very rude. If I hadn’t mentioned it my chicken would not of been put in my order. There was no one in tge place and only 1 order came in as I was there. They fries were not fresh, you can tell when theve been sitting there. I love there food but doubt I will return. Carls Junior will be happy .

I had a pickup order and arrived to pick it up in about 15 minutes. I could see my order sitting there but out of respect for the woman working I waited to be addressed because she was busy. Proceeded to wait 5 minutes with her ignoring me every chance she got. I then went up to the side counter and she still ignored me so I had to ask her about my order to which she grabbed it and gave it to me. No here you go or sorry about the wait just handed it to me and went back to working. I’m no prick but like….I always at the very least address people at my job with a good attitude. She went out of her way to ignore me and whoever else was standing next to me. When I got home food was nearly cold.
Edit: Since reading the other reviews I’ve realized this is an ongoing issue. I will be going to the other location on Wadsworth.

I’ve never seen such a lack of management in a food establishment. They had one 16 year old kid who had clearly not been trained running the entire front of house. He was expected to take orders and deliver food to people. It was too much for any one person – let alone someone who had not been properly trained. He had a line of customers wanting to order and a room full of customers waiting for food. After spending $80 for three burgers, I would expect some sort of service, but zero. I watched all sorts of food sit under warming lamps getting cold and nobody from the back came to help deliver food to people. After about 20 minutes, I asked if our food was coming out soon and he told me they had not started it yet and so I asked for a refund. The kid didn’t know how to issue a refund and neither did the “manager” who appeared finally from the back and told me it wasn’t her fault that the place was such a mess. She blamed the two teenagers she was working with for not knowing what they were doing. She took zero responsibility for the chaos. Worst experience ever. I will never return. If you plan to spend a bunch of money for hamburgers, go somewhere else.

Online ordering wasn’t working. Called in an order. Waited 45 minutes for 3 people in front of me in line to order. Finally got to the counter to pay, then they then started my order. Staff very overwhelmed although the location was not busy. Over an hour wait for a mediocre fast food burger that was called in 20 minutes before arrival

This place mellowed out since the lockdowns. Used to pretty bustling and bossy little corner of the shopping area, now it’s pretty sociably manageable. The service was quick and softspoken, and the food was pretty fresh and delicious.
Definitely more worth visiting around lunch time now that kids don’t raid the place anymore. Good to people watch too.

I had a great experience. The front counter worker was extremely knowledgeable and the food came out hot and fresh. I’m glad they make everything to order although it takes a tad longer it’s always fresh.

Walked in and there were 2 customers already seated eating. 2 employees were in the kitchen. No one acknowledged that we were even there until about 10 minutes later as we were leaving. If you want to be served, don’t visit this location.
