I have never experienced such appalling service from counter workers. I went in to store #1009 on 35th Ave, Denver, CO on 2/25/2026. It was not busy. I put my shopping on a table near the counter so I could see it. I went up to the counter and asked for the bathroom code or key. The young male that was there answered in an extremely rude tone, telling me that the restrooms were only for customers. I told him I was going to eat in and that he shouldn’t be so rude to his customers. He continued to be rude and abruptly said follow me. I went to back to the counter, and he (I did not get his name,) was no where to be found. Instead, there was a young female there, whose name I did get, Arianna. I ordered and after I finished paying, I asked for the other worker’s name. She was just as rude. She said to me- I don’t think so. I said okay, waited for my burger. Once I was finished (she was still the only person there besides the cook,) I went back to the counter and asked for a manager. She said there was no manager there at the time.
As I mentioned, appallingly rude, no respect, no manners, just young brats who apparently were not trained very well. Where was the manager?
The burger was good but the service was not.

Visiting Denver for work. I haven’t been to a Smashburger for a while, but this place was right across the street. It was a long day and I just wanted comfort food. Smashburger did not disappoint. Food was good, atmosphere was relaxed, as always. It wasn’t particularly busy, but the server, Tavrina, was quite helpful. She was friendly, and she checked on everyone in the restaurant. That’s not a normal thing for places like this, so that was a nice little thing to have happen here.
I’ll probably be back, just because she was friendly and the food was good.

Worst place for take out I ordered dinner yesterday and they give me the oldest most burnt patties I’ve ever had 60 dollars worth of Food that they refused to refund instead they gave me a free meal which is not even equivalent to how much I spent don’t recommend go some place else

I took the kids, since Mom was busy tonight. The service was outstanding, and the food came out quickly. Even though each item came out individually, indicating it wasn’t held under a heat lamp but was coming out as soon as it was ready, all three orders came out within about a minute of each other. Great timing from a disciplined, well-organized kitchen.
The burgers were juicy, cheesy, and cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh, and appeared to have been cut and arranged especially for our orders. The staff were very eager to please. Maybe a little too eager, but I can’t fault them for that. It was clear they wanted to make a good impression, and they did.
The dining room is a little sterile and light on charm, but it’s a chain burger place, so that’s to be expected and certainly not a mark against. It was immaculately clean. There were no dirty tables or missing or out-of-place furniture, so what they’re going for, they’re doing exceptionally well. Again, I see a commitment to customer satisfaction that goes all the way down the ranks.
I look forward to my next visit.

While exploring in Denver, we just stopped here to grab lunch. We ordered the double smash burger (my cousin added avocado to her sandwich) with onion rings, others with fries. My Mister got the single smash burger with fries. My cousin also had a small buffalo wings order. The burgers were amazing and delicious. Fresh, the fries and onion rings were hot, fresh out the grease, well seasoned. My cousin stated their burgers were great, and the wings were fried hard (which she likes). The only thing I did not like was everything being a la carte, you can create decently priced combos if you want to. But that’s my opinion. Everything was delicious and we had great service, the wait wasn’t long either to receive our food.

My coworker and I stopped by for lunch, and as always, we had an amazing experience! Our favorite the Colorado Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked: juicy, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of melted cheese.
We love coming to this location because the staff are always friendly and quick, and Gaspar, the manager, always makes us feel welcome. Great food, great service we’ll definitely keep coming back!
