I came in the afternoon of 2/15/26 with my 2 siblings with special needs. They have a dairy and gluten allergy. The black lady at the front was very patient with us and made sure our order was correct. She also came to check on us about 2 times after we got our food.

One of the workers picked his nose right before delivering someone’s food. The burger was cold, and not even a smash burger. My son’s chicken sandwich had an unidentified sweet taste and was soggy and cold. The fries were hard, and the tots were CLEARLY frozen. The sweet potato waffle fries were burnt, and the workers clearly did not want to work there.

The food was outstanding — the burgers were delicious and the fries were great. However, the experience could have been a lot better. When we arrived, all the tables were dirty.
They brought out the fries first, then my burger, but my daughter’s chicken sandwich took so long that by the time it finally arrived, I had already finished my meal (I tried waiting, but my food was getting cold). We ordered a big bowl of fries, and they were already gone by the time her sandwich came out.
The food is definitely worth trying, but the timing and cleanliness need improvement.

Being pregnant I was craving a burger so I had my husband take us here to Smashburger, after arriving home I couldn’t wait to eat. As you can see the very moment I took a bite I immediately started gagging and had to spit it out. Burger was not fully cooked at all. Very disappointing, pregnant women cannot eat raw food!!! anything I can do to get a full refund or something this is unacceptable. Food was definitely not cooked. Put an order in online and got the incorrect burger. I drive all the way back to this location to have my food remade and it is still incorrect missing 3 items that were clearly on the receipt. At this point I’m just frustrated because I’m hungry and they clearly cannot read. So not one time but twice that my order was incorrect and came out of my way. Just ridiculous, please get better employees that know how to follow simple instructions. Not coming back to this location again.
