The food here was amazing! So scrumptious! We had smashfries with the all American burger with the candy cane shake, and we got great advice for how to spruce up our meals from Shawn. He was very friendly and created an incredibly welcoming environment for me and my friend. Super awesome sauce job

The building is nice, but the experience doesn’t match. The food was mediocre and overpriced—about $20 for a basic burger. For the same price, Murphy’s Taphouse across the street offers a better burger with fries.
The wait was also excessive. With only a one customer ahead of me, it still took around 20 minutes, which is hard to justify for fast food.

First time here! Was recommended by a friend to try this place out. Me and my gf came to check it out and I have go admit this was an awesome place. Shawn was super helpful on helping us pick our burgers and they were delicious. I had the Scorching Cheesy Mac Smash and it was super good. Will definitely be coming back and you should definitely give this place a visit!

The food is always amazing. I have never had a bad experience at Smash Burger. I take everybody I work with there when I get a chance.
This time there was a small problem. I ordered 3 chocolate shakes along with the meal and only 2 arrived at the table. Big problem, but no worries because Shaun was there. Shaun was right in top of it and got to making things right. He turned a tough moment into a memorabilia moment with his service and smile.
I got to walk away with my chocolate shake and another reason to keep telling people why Smash Burger rocks.

I used doordash for delivery.
It’s a Cross-street location; the food came cold, in an open bag; they are supposed to tightly seal the bag. Lettuce was old, rest of the burger was tasteless. Doordash driver follows the instruction of the company not customer requests because he can’t. Planning to try Uber eat. Doordash doesn’t care food is cold or not. I am very disappointed and this happend 2nd time with me in a week.

I recently tried Smashburger, and it was honestly such a great experience. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The burgers were perfectly seasoned with that delicious crispy edge you only get from a real smash-style patty. everything was put together really well.
