Some of the food is delicious. Don’t get the wings, because they’re undercooked. They also just don’t have enough employees to keep up with all the orders. You have to wait too long for your food & then they keep messing up your order. It just takes too long to get everyone fed. It’s not their fault I blame the owner! They need to be held accountable for having too small of staff. There are ONLY 3 employees! Also the new mocha shake tastes weird & not right so don’t get that!

Downloaded the app and got a nice coupon. The place looks unimpressive, but has a lot of good flavors. Burger was really good, fries were amazing and crispy brussel sprouts were the star of the show. I never thought I’d like brussel sprouts, but Smashburger proved me wrong! Only disappointment was the fried pickles. I LOVE fried pickles. I’ve gone lots of places just to try fried pickles. These were the worst fried pickles I’ve ever had. Otherwise a really good restaurant!

Ordered two avocado bacon club burgers and sweet potato fries, and there was no avocado or cheese on either burger, and the other toppings were so meager that it was basically a plain hamburger. But don’t worry we added our own ketchup….Probably not going here again.

Food was underwhelming, though I did like that they had Brussels Sprouts as a side on the menu. Interior feels like it could use a pickmeup as it felt drab. My table was uneven. Overall, didn’t feel like you got a good experience for your money. Maybe will be a better experience after COVID when restaurants can use trays again and the food is presented better. I dined in but all food is delivered in a bag like takeout. This is about as bad of a review as I’ll give as I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt during these times. JMHO

The food was terrible, I wasn’t expecting it at all! Both my burger and fries were too salty, I had to throw both the fries and the tots due to an excessive oil on it, I feel it they reheated my fries!!!

I ordered through Doordash. The entire bag containing my order was seemingly dropped in oil, as you can see from the dashers image as well as the ones I took immediately after receiving my bag. Most of the order was inedible. The burger wrapping was drenched, but saved some of the burger and what I could eat, was pretty tasty. Unfortunately what I could eat, was very little. Overall pretty disappointing, but I don’t imagine every order goes out drowning in oil like this, at least I hope not.

Way Overpriced, very small burger, lady at front counter was rude and rushed us. Food tasted like slightly better McDonald’s, but portions made it not worth it. Honestly for these prices just go to five guys and get an actual smash burger. Original review from 2013: I love Smashburger! Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are the best. I like their bean burger alright. Their Smash fries and Smash sweet potato fries are delicious! The cost is a bit high, but it’s so good!
New review from 2023: I used to love Smashburger. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches were the best. Their Smash fries and Smash sweet potato fries were delicious. The cost is too high. $16 for a single patty bacon cheeseburger, smash fries, and “regular” drink (smaller than other places) is way too much. The staff used to be very welcoming, but the staff these days are clearly working a shift at a job. That’s fine to work a shift, but not for three prices.
