It’s pretty good, definitely higher-end in terms of fast food burgers, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth a 90 minute drive unless you already have a penchant for it. I don’t like how the burger patties are smashed; it’s wider than the bun so you get bites of the patty before you get to the burger. I only get double patties because the smashed patties are so thin. The smash fries/tots are good though.

Food is really good. The people are friendly. My issue here is the portion size for the price. I’ve had better burgers that cost less. I wouldn’t have a problem with the prices if the burgers were bigger or if the burgers must be small come down on the price. I would just as soon go to Red Robin. They are expensive but, you get fed.

Keep it up Matt! This gentleman definitely deserves recognition. This was only my second time at Smashburger. The first time (at a different location) I had a bad experience and was not interested in being a customer. However my coworker wanted to go so I decided to give it another try. After receiving fantastic food and unbelievable service, I will definitely be back.

We go there about once a month. I like the turkey burgers. The people who work there are nice. It is always fast service and they keep it clean. Good for fast food and fairly healthy if you have the turkey or grilled chicken with no sauce or fries.

Two of our burgers came pink, one of which was received by my pregnant cousin. Both were promptly replaced. Server was very curt when dropping off food. Apart from the undercooked beef, the tastes weren’t bad, aside from the over-salted fried pickles. Not impressed on my first visit.

Decent if greasy burgers. Lots of choices for the make-your-own; protein, bun, cheeses, toppings, extras. Fries are also decent if greasy. The shakes are good, made right there and they make the malts extra malty. Haven’t seen the manager doing paperwork in the eating area for a while now, but that was awkward for sure.

I would give it 5 stars because the food is great!!!! Except two reasons, they skimp out on the fries, always wanting more, and the price. $29.00 for 3 burger meals, and one was a kids meal, is a little too much. If they would compensate the price for some more fries or a slightly bigger burger I would come more. As is, great burger, pricey, visit 4-5 times a year. And when my kids ask. They don’t care about money so it’s awsome for them.
