This burger is burnt. I’m livid and want a refund. If the staff didn’t want to work today they should’ve called off. This food is unacceptable and costs too much. As I’m typing this, the time is 8:46. The individuals in front of me have come and gone eating their food in restaurant. 3 people who ordered after me have left with their orders and I sit here waiting almost 40 min for 3 burgers and 3 fries. The tables were disgusting the juices lemonades or empty. It was Saturday evening 7 pm. I sat in a chair and almost had a ketchup stain on my very expensive jeans. All the ketchup bottles were half empty or empty. God bless the manager but unfortunately seems like he should be a senior citizen who is retired. I don’t know how he’s a manager. God bless him but the business is suffering because of poor management. The food is good or decent I should say. but everything else makes it not worth coming back. There’s food and Frenn fries all over the floor. I mean, I’m telling you like I don’t even know how the health department doesn’t shut them down. Especially, when there’s so many other places to compete with.

My burger was cooked perfectly, the ingredients tasted super fresh, and the fries were amazing. It’s rare to find a place that consistently gets both service and food right, but this location absolutely does. Highly recommend!

Not a fan! The yellow sauce was definitely the star of the show! I don’t think I could have finished my meal without it! The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly, considering that was my first visit. Parking is free and ample, but because there are other shops in that area it can be a little hectic!

First time trying this place and it was good. I ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the cs, staff, restaurant cleanliness, or atmosphere. But I will comment on the food. First, the food arrived hot and well packaged. The fries and Brussels sprouts stole the show. They were delicious. The burgers were good. A little too greasy for our taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, the restaurant was good. Got our order right and delivered it well.
