Great food and the service is above the standard when compared to other fast food restaurants. BUT, I am a regular and notice the staff changes quite frequently. You can tell the senior staff, who have been there for awhile. They tend to be more arrogant, less helpful and straight faced. The new staff always have a smile on there face and seem happy to do whatever they need to so your experience is good. I can tell all the employees are passionate about serving. I guess my recommendation for management is to send all your senior employees (including yourself) back to “new-hire” training to sharpen up your people skills. All that said, I am still happy to give this location 5 stars.

I cannot recommend the Barbeque Bacon and Cheddar burger enough. I orders burgers at nearly every restaurant I go to, and this easily is the best burger I’ve ever had. I can’t tell you how many times my fiancé and I have gone to Smashburger for that burger. We both love it so much! Their fries are thin, crispy, and delicious and if you order a shake they’ll give you the shake in a glass and a metal cup with the excess ice cream that didn’t fit in the glass.
Again, this restaurant is truly a 5/5 for me.

I went once, the menu was confusing at first so I winged it and got a burger that was pretty good. It’s a little pricier than I would like which is why I haven’t been back. They do have outdoor seating which was nice but there were a lot of bees so if you don’t like bees eat inside.
