Excellent food and service! Great military discount! Friendly staff/manager! Clean dining area. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted great! Will gladly stop here again! My boys all loved it!
My biggest complaint is that there aren’t very many pictures for the menu… not that big of a deal with burgers, but would have helped my kids pick out food easier.

Great place for a burger. If your are looking for Chinese food this wouldn’t be a great option. But the burgers, shakes and smash fries are wonderful. Ketchup comes free with no extra charges. Also they had napkins do you can wipe the ketchup off your dirty fingers and your chin. Overall a wonderful place to eat.

I pre-ordered ahead of time to pick up at 6:30pm. I entered the store at 6:30pm and asked for my order. Was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. Not happy, but fine, I’ll go run an errand. I come back a HALF HOUR later (7pm) and it is STILL not done. Was not offered a discount or anything for a 40 minute wait on my food. Never coming back here again.

First time at a Smashburger. I ordered a 1/4 hotdog with ketchup only, fries and a drink. The hotdog buns are one of my favorite, New England style. Like a tiny loaf of bread split at the top and grilled on each side. Everything was really good. I ordered for take out and it was ready before the projected time. They didn’t forget to put napkins, ketchup, and silverware. Handicap assessable, parking is easy in and out. No drive through. Restaurant was clean as can be. Great place!

Wow is this place good!! Smash Burger was absolutely delicious. The bbq bacon burger is dynamite. Chicken sandwiches were awesome too. They have some unique options and everything was great. The sides are good and so is the smashsauce. The staff was friendly and gave us background on the restaurant. I’m jealous we don’t have any where I’m from.

Everytime I eat here my experience is great and the food is hot, fresh and fast. The customer service and cleanliness is excellent which is a rarity in today’s food scene. I will be back soon!

Everything was great except for the person taking the order at the front. He wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu or the items on the menu. He had to ask other people if it was still on the menu or not. Ordered a black bean burger, but they no longer carry that burger.

The service members here are phenomenal, they are knowledgeable of their product, kind mannerisms, and the food came out fast, fresh and delicious!
