I’ve only eaten Smashburger once before, at the Miller Ln. location. I tried Brown Street because I was craving a good burger and it was close to home. I was promptly greeted and waited on. I was immediately informed that there would be a 25 minute wait. I was ok with that and placed my order. The guy running the register was friendly and efficient. As I waited, I had the unfortunate experience of listening to some very loud banter between some of the workers complete with profanity including the F word and N word. It went on for quite some time. I’m comfortable with casual environments but this was just unprofessional. I also understand there are differences of opinion when it comes to the use of profanity and vulgarities. However, there were ladies and families with young children in the restaurant; that behavior seemed inappropriate to me. On top of that, I get home to find that the quality of my food was sub par to say the least. A dry, over cooked burger, wilted lettuce, tiny, pale tomato slices and a small piece of jerky disguised as bacon were haphazardly thrown onto a bun. Greasy, soggy fries topped it all off. I believe the overall experience could be enhanced if they were more focused on providing quality food service and spent less time clowning around. Needless to say, I was disappointed and probably won’t return to this location.

Incredible burgers and fries!
I ordered the specialty, which was a smoked bacon brisket burger. Oh my taste buds! Perfect seasoning and flavor! Get extra napkins. I couldn’t imagine getting a double patty with this burger! The smash fries were fresh and super tasty, same as the burger. Service was quick! I highly recommend this place. Don’t pass it up!

I always love it when I see great people doing great things. The Deluxe burger, and Veggie quesadillas are my favorite, and of course washed down with a orange push-pop lemonade. Definitely worth the money!!

All I got to say is Triple Double, I’m telling you now.. This is the best burger in town right now. Hands down phenomenal. Try it, You won’t be disappointed and if you’re an long time customer like myself and just thought “ehh, just another burger” The Triple double will change that view real quick ! Juicy, cheesy, soft, hot, sharp and full of flavor blasting off along with a side of smash fries . Sorry for such a long review but the burger made me do it.

Burger was so overcooked and completely dried out. Absolutely no moisture in the meat. Brussels were so very undercooked and hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat them until I steamed them.
Chewing my hiking boots would’ve been easier and probably tastier. If there was lower than one star, that would be my choice!!
