Haven’t been in a long time so here is an honest review. It’s “OK”. But the burgers are definitely not a traditional “smashed” style as my photo shows. My burger was also slightly burnt and just like the last time very greasy. My daughter’s was better but still very greasy. Staff were very friendly like last time. If you’re looking for a decent non chain burger that’s not “smashed” maybe give it a go, but there are a few much better true smash burgers in the 614.

Came here to pick up lunch on a Friday around noon. We ordered ahead and just picked up.
Really like that they tape the bag and drink shut so if you use a delivery service you can help prevent any mishandling.
Burger quality is similar to other smash burgers of its chain. l’d consider it a higher quality fast food burger.
The patties are still meaty, buns hold the shape and don’t get super soggy. The vegetables seem fresh and have taste.
We also got an Oreo milkshake. It was a solid milkshake. Mixed well. I personally love Oreo and wouldn’t have minded more of an Oreo flavor. But this is still pretty good.
Though we didn’t dine in, there were many tables available.

Too me, no other burger place comes close to to your burgers. They are always hot and very tasty. The buns are great as well. The fries are very good and so is the chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado if that is still available. Lori and Jennifer are wonderful ladies who are always helpful and accommodating. They are a great team.

Great food and the employees are awesome. The man at the register ( I believe his name was Christian) was very knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us advice about what to do here in town. He had a warm welcome and when he thanked us, he invited us back in. One man from the kitchen came to check for dishes in the dining room and he even thanked us for stopping in. The manager ( I think her name was Lori) was helping deliver food and put together Togo orders. She was also very nice and told us to have a great day. I lost the receipt but we were there July 24th around 8:00pm. So if the district manager or area director sees this review, please give the employees there some major props!! Could not have asked for better customer service! The restaurant was clean and stocked. We ordered a brisket burger with scorching tots and an Americana hotdog and classic burger with the smash fries. Everything was hot and fresh. Nothing is worse than old fries but these were nice and crispy on the outside and perfect in the middle.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. The place was slammed with orders and not much staff. Was told 20 minutes for our food which ended up being 30 minutes.
Food came out hot. We got assorted burgers , fries and tots. We also tried the milkshakes.

There’s a lady here named Lori! She is excellent! I love going to smashburger but if I don’t see Lori I’m always concerned because I’m use to seeing her there. She and her team always provide a great experience! My food is always perfect!
I’ve seen Lori interact with not just the adults but the little ppl too making sure that everyone has a pleasant experience. On some of my not so good days, Lori has consistently provided service that shows she is committed to customers having a great experience. There are days where I have to just say “thank you for your kindness!” Sometimes our world forgets that we all have things that we are processing so I’m grateful for the friendly service provided by Lori.
Just wanted to take a moment and share that! Can’t wait to return soon! The food is great and paired with the ppl it’s amazing!

Great location and I’m glad there’s a Smashburger somewhere. The food is great, rarely have I had an issue with the food quality, and the new hot dogs are on point. Sometimes, service is a little slow because they’re often busy, so it makes sense. Lori is the best!!! If she’s not running the show already, she should be! She cares about the service and quality and is on top of things. She’s also very kind and my nephew loves her! If Lori is there, I’m there!
