I had the double BBQ burnt ends and my wife had the mushroom swiss with sweet potato fries. I don’t remember the name of the girl who took the order but she had red hair. She was very polite and friendly. The service was outstanding and we’ll definitely come back.

This place is very close to home for us but we always go to Culver’s instead. Today we decided to try it again knowing it’s $$$. It’s always at least a 15 min wait for food but we are ok with that for hot good food. Two burgers two onion rings and a fry $38. Burgers and fries were ok but the onion rings were ridiculous. Looks like they cooked one order and split it between two containers and no paper in the bottom to help catch grease. If this is the correct amount of onions rings for an order at least use the smaller fry containers so they don’t look so laughable. Value for money is 1 out of 10. We will continue to spend $10 less and get drinks at Culver’s!

Overpriced burgers and everything else is a la carte. Burger was $10 and fries were $5 drinks were $3 and fries came to us cold. I won’t go back.

have given this location a million chances to get my order right and they seriously never do. i cannot eat dairy and they consistently put cheese on my burger when i order no cheese. someone today even made the kitchen double check my burger to make sure it was right- he took very long to check it- and its still not right. i cant tell you how much money ive wasted on food here that i cannot eat or else i will get sick

Was my first visit to any Smashburger, wow was I impressed with the food. Best “fast food” burger I’ve had in years. Good portions and great flavor. Got the double Carolina burnt ends burger, tots, and real lemonade. Pricey but worth it. Do recommend !

We had never been to a Smash Burger, and now will probably never be back. We asked about the menu, and decided against ordering. The rude cashier said “Its okay, it’s not affordable for everyone.” That is a completely inappropriate response. Ended up at a Japanese steakhouse instead. Better service.

love it when the cashier talks to me, always makes my day. Feel liked a family in the kitchen and the food is good- though during rush hours it can be a bit messy. Great place to dine in for a quick lunch.
