Amazing experience. The food was a 100000000/10. Jordan also has amazing customer service and the entire experience was just amazing. The food presentation was also very beautiful and nicely made. When my husband and I are back in Tampa, we will for sure be back!!

Today I tried the Shrimp Roll which was so delicious and flavorful. Coming from Texas, it reminded me of a poboy and it was just what I needed to get myself a taste of home being here in Tampa. Thank u to this location for giving me that home away from home taste. The oreo shake was on point also. Very clean establishment and very friendly staff and awesome at what they do. Thank you also Bella for the great customer service. I really enjoy coming to this location after a long day of flying drones for the military. Thank yall and God bless.

This burger spot is definitely a must have. I am not a beef eater. With that being said, not many places have ground chicken as an option for a burger. The service was great as well.

Wow. This was a deliciously juicy burger. I made my own so literally just meat and cheeses and onions. The smash sauce was yummy and the truffle mayo good too. The garlic oil fries were the best I’ve had. Crispy and seasoned. My daughter made her own and decide to stack a burger and chicken together! She said it was really good.
Jordan ring us up and he was so nice and super helpful!! 5 star place for sure!!! Oh and they do 25% off for military and first responders!!! Way to go Smash Burger!!

I got the truffle mushroom smashburger add bacon with a side of smash fries and it was soooo good. I probably wouldn’t add the bacon again because the type of bacon is it a little salty for me. I usually get a double patty when I eat burgers but the single patty was very filling. My server was very kind and patient with me. She was really really nice. I a satisfied with my order overall.

Update: Restaurant’s Manager and another member of the team responded (one to the review and both via email ) that they would like to make it right. Response was appreciated! It is refreshing to know they care about the business and improving!
Original Review…..This first visit was a fail for us! I hope the owners see this and do better. When we entered, the gal working was sitting at a table on her cell. We almost walked out because of how dirty the restaurant was. Ordered the cheeseburger and a vegetarian burger. The cheeseburger was just edible, the vegetarian burger was so dry and just crumbled out of the bun. I understand it’s a pre made vegetarian burger, but there was no moisture at all and it was so so salty. Impossible burgers would be a great addition/substitution.
The order came to $32 including tax for two burgers with no fries with one add on and one soft drink. We didn’t notice that they didn’t come with fries and it would have been nice if the gal working would have been a little more interactive. As we started lunch, we noticed the filth all around us. The gal returned to her seat and was scrolling on her cell the entire time we were there. I don’t know if it’s her job description to clean the restaurant while there are no customers, but it seems like it would be a good idea. Men’s restroom was dirty and out of soap, and the women’s was just plain dirty. We immediately let them know. The gentleman cooking had to stop and go make the fix.

The cashier was extremely rude. She acted like she was going out of her way to take our order. The place was a mess. Dirty tables. Wrappers on the floor. Stark difference since our last time going there. Food was hot and fresh, no thanks to the sour faced woman at the counter. I’ll be calling corporate. She was also extremely hesitant to honor the displayed “Hero’s discount” that is displayed on the door. Only after our prompting and her checking with the manager did she honor it. She said that it was “from before” and since she had been off for a few days she said it wasn’t valid. Wish I could give 0 stars for personnel.
