Wow. This is a great find. It’s a little difficult to locate, but when you do, you will be in for a pleasant surprise. If you are craving a decent flavor burger, this is the spot. The burger was well seasoned and cooked just right. It’s obvious that they use quality ingredients.
The fries were nice and crispy with a hint of rosemary. If you are a fan of brussel sprouts, I recommend getting an order. They seem cooked in an air fryer type oven and come out nice and crispy!
The restaurant was pretty quiet and very clean. The person working the counter was also very friendly and kind. This is a great spot if you are in the area!

After lots of shopping and crowds this place was great. Quick, clean, and not too crowded. Wonderful atmosphere to have a burger which was super tasty! Fresh veg and good meat patty. I was doubting the smash fries because he said rosemary but I tried them and omg they were delicious!! Highly recommend.

Never had the burger chain before so decided to give it a try. It’s on par with all the other franchise burger barns. Meat is a good quality, similar to another chain just better. Can’t go wrong with a burger and fries, they have sweet potato fries too! I had seen signs for Hagen Daas as well. In and out, great service in a clean atmosphere and can’t ask for much more. Worth the try!

Pretty good burgers, bring a light jacket as this particular restaurant is freezing. Fries are decent, you can never go wrong with Sweet potato fries, this remains true here. Skip the haystack onions, you’re welcome. Black bean burger was mediocre, the patty was a bit too mushy. Would not recommend for vegetarians.

It’s crazy how I can come in the store when literally no one else is there to order food, have two people come in, and both people get their food before I do.
Doesn’t help that the girl at the register is more interested in entertaining her guest than actually doing her job.
When my food was finally ready, almost 30 minutes later, she slammed it down on the table and walked away. Mind you, I hadn’t said anything to her since she took my payment. What I will say is if someone with less patience than I have comes in and she is equally as disrespectful, it won’t work out well for her.
All that time and my wings are still undercooked? Burger stale. Fries cold. Just don’t bother going.

Gabriel who took our order was friendly and quickly bouncing back & forth manning the front end.

Delicious burger! My first try at smashburger and it was delicious! A menu full of options i’ll have to come back to try. The brisket was incredible! Clean store, fast food delivery and good service!

Wanted a burger and I live nearby. I’ve been to this location in the past and had good experiences before. Today was a little different walking into the door and nearly got knocked out by the smell.
Smelled like a jiffy lube of tires and motor oil. The young man that took our ordor looked like he had better things to do instead of take our order.
Food was good and my only critique was that my burger was not seasoned.
Ill probably be back but probably as takeout.
The other recent reviews said the bathroom was not maintained and didn’t have a functional sink so that worries me a tad as well to be honest.

Always love their burger & fries. Juicy burgers, pickles are REALLY good, actual thick sliced tomato, actual leaf of lettus.
DO eat over your basket.
DO have 2-3 napkins.
OR you WILL drip yummy juice in your lap.
Just found the Waterford Lakes location. For non-beef people they have Cobb Salad, chicken or turkey burgers as well as a black bean burger. Shakes are excellet too. Only suggestion – furnish wet wipes for cleaning up hands after.
A Double Classic with fries and bottle of water ran me just over $17. Never had a bad meal at SmashBurger! Pic is all that was left when done eating.

Visiting Florida and we don’t have Smash Burger so I really felt they were a must try as a burger lover. At say they a quite good for a mid range priced burger! I enjoyed the smoked brisket burger and some onion straws. For me my only wish was more seasoning to the meat but the taste was solid. I’d given a 4th star if this establishment was a little more welcoming. It felt under staffed, as many places are these days but still as a business you’re responsible for visitors impressions and this staff seemed bored and uninterested in being there and personally I had to wipe the table and chairs where we decided to sit and the place was only a couple tables busy. If ya want to try something new I’d say heck yes. As a choice I’d probably go elsewhere.
