Always so good! Stopped in with our kiddos to dine in on Saturday night. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves which was nice since my kids can be rambunctious sometimes during outings. Didn’t have to worry. Food was great and super fresh. I tried their chicken wings plain, no sauce and they were perfect! Super crispy like I like’em! Staff was nice and efficient. my only comment would be the woman’s bathroom needed a good cleaning. It seemed like it had been neglected for a while.

As a food reviewer, I gotta admit how much of trash, mediocre experience getting take out from this location was. First of all, this is supposed to be “fast food”. Considering there were a handful of people in the lobby, for some reason it took 30 minutes to get a burger and a shake. Decent burger but the length of wait time and the price makes it not worth it. My strawberry shake had big lumps of ice cream that wasn’t mixed well. I may as well had bought a pint from the grocery store and stuck a straw in it. Other than the cashier (who was apologetic about the long wait), the staff just seemed disinterested and bored instead of friendly and welcoming. Not what I expect from a place that charges what they do for their food. If you’re going to charge $10-$15 dollars for a burger then I expect the customer service to be slightly above average as well. Not only will I never visit this location again but after 2 days in a row of mediocre service, I’ll never visit this chain again. Steak n Shake has yall beat by a LONG shot. I’ll be making a YouTube video explaining why people may want to steer clear of Smash burger in favor of Steak n Shake who offer much cheaper food at the same level of quality with WAY better customer service. Visiting Florida and we don’t have Smash Burger so I really felt they were a must try as a burger lover. At say they a quite good for a mid range priced burger! I enjoyed the smoked brisket burger and some onion straws. For me my only wish was more seasoning to the meat but the taste was solid. I’d given a 4th star if this establishment was a little more welcoming. It felt under staffed, as many places are these days but still as a business you’re responsible for visitors impressions and this staff seemed bored and uninterested in being there and personally I had to wipe the table and chairs where we decided to sit and the place was only a couple tables busy. If ya want to try something new I’d say heck yes. As a choice I’d probably go elsewhere.

Signs says they close at 9 as well as Apple Maps and google maps and I get there before 8:30 and I get the kitchen the is close for cleaning. It’s Friday night…. If you wanted to get off early just say that. Close at 9 and be out of the store by 9 are two different things. Not good for business.

I usually have great service at this location. However, I visited today and did not receive a greeting upon arrival. The cashier simply looked at me and waited for me to order. I ordered cheese on my chicken sandwich, I order every time I visit this location. The lady who bagged the food did not have on gloves and my meal was missing cheese. I did not notice until I was a good distance away from the restaurant. I called back and the manager was not very apologetic. It took awhile for him to offer a redo at another time because I was almost home after a long day. He even questioned that you could have cheese on a chicken sandwich. Very sad about this visit.

Never had the burger chain before so decided to give it a try. It’s on par with all the other franchise burger barns. Meat is a good quality, similar to another chain just better. Can’t go wrong with a burger and fries, they have sweet potato fries too! I had seen signs for Hagen Daas as well. In and out, great service in a clean atmosphere and can’t ask for much more. Worth the try!

The Smash Burger is delicious. I went back a week later just for that. Was not a fan of the Smashfries, but they do offer regular fries. The wings were fine but not as expected – I thought it came with traditional buffalo sauce from its photo but it’s a different sauce and the wings color was more of butter yellow not red.

Hands down the best burger joint in the UCF area. Very welcoming and food was delicious. Burger was cooked to order and fries were perfectly seasoned. Anthony and Emma are true experts of their craft and clearly deserve a pay raise.
