Not impressed. I’ve been here several times and each time the wait is extremely long. Most recently they forgot my order and then I didn’t get my food for another 30 minutes at which point they forgot my fries. No apology, nothing.
7/14/2015 Update – I decided to give them another go, my fourth time actually. Each time has been the same issues. This time I received my order properly but the person I was with didn’t. We watched 15 people come in and wait and never received their food before we ate and left. Seems like there was only 4 people working there. Really curious who the management team is of this place, it could be a great place if it was ran efficiently. Sadly to say, I won’t go back again.

The last time I was here was a few years ago when the place was a lot newer and nicer. It seems to have gone downhill since then. It looks like it’s barely been cleaned in months. The lampshades/light covers had tons of bugs in them. The service was mediocre at best. The cashier was just alright. No greeting/smile/anything except taking the order. They also want to charge $4 on top of the price of the burger for a handful of fries or onion straws and a 20oz. drink. One of the burgers ordered was supposed to be a “big” size as opposed to the regular one. They looked exactly the same. We even asked the cook if it was correct and he said it was. Either they were wrong or the “big” burger isn’t worth the upcharge. The only reason I’m not giving it a 1 star rating is because the fries were pretty good.

The fries were hard on the inside. They were almost as stiff as cardboard. My wife’s burger patty was cut in half almost like 2 small patties were combined in to one. Asked for a refund. The staff treated is terribly. They closed early and made a point to tell us we needed to take our food to go if we wanted them to remake our food at 10:15. Would have been satisfied at McDonald’s.

Only reason this gets 3 stars is because I had to complain after recieving a very undercooked burger. They made it right by inviting me back for burgers, fries, and shakes for two.
But even after the second time I just was not sure about this place. People who worked there were semi rude. I like to think of myself as being an easy nice customer but it was not reciprocated.
The food is just ok. My burger was a bit on the salty side. The fresh ingredients and toppings were good and crisp though. Don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon though. Especially with new burger joints popping up offering some competition.

I was in the area and decided to stop here. When I made up my mind I walked up to the counter to order and there wasn’t a soul around. I had to stick my head in the order window to get someone to come out. Once I placed my order my food came out which it looked great. The burger was messy cause of all the sauce they put on it. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted good, just messy to eat. I got smashed fries which were ok, but not worth the extra $2 from regular fries. All of that for $11 and change made this kind of meh. If it were around $7-8 then I might have given 4 stars.

Absolute NIGHTMARE! Ordered food for our office and after driving and picking up the order. Half of the items were missing SO we try to call they repeatedly hang up on us. So we then we re send a worker to pick up the order and they stated that part of the order was its own delivery and that it has been sitting there the whole time. Excellent so not only do we have to go back and pick up missing items half of them are cold from sitting out. We spent over 150 dollars on this order alone. This trip was quite an eye opener and our office will not ever be ordering again. We understand mistakes happen our office orders out for lunch everyday and these issues happen but the way this was handled is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable.

I ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Baja burger for in office delivery. It’s a fairly tasty burger, but as mentioned in previous reviews, very messy to eat. That can be fun sometimes, not so much in the office. It fell a little flat in the spicy department. Burger was significantly wider than the bun (good thing). Myself, I prefer plain old white buns rather than the artisanal specialty buns like came with this burger.

The food took forever to get out, came out with problems. The amount of bacon or avocado they put on the burger is laughable. I got maybe 1/6th of an avocado on my AVOCADO burger. Let alone they had issues putting the basics on, in addition to the extra toppings I asked for. I even asked the servers there, they said they would get them but nothing happened. Will not come back. Also the food is greasy as hell. Be ready for that.

They fixed the avocado issue!! This place is definitely worth the trip now! Since this below visit, I have been multiple times and the service/staff/food have always been bar none. The only problem is they lost a valuable employee (Sally, you were awesome, congrats on the new baby!). Hopefully she will return when she gets off maternity leave. I will continue to be a patron of this place!

Okay, let me explain and dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the food. However there were some crazy flaws. I ordered the AVACADO burger. The amount of avacado on the burger was ridiculous. I was actually speechless. it seemed as though they tried to put as little avacado as they possibly could on the burger. NOTHING like the picture. Greasy, yes, but i liked it. I rate it better than five guys but i feel as though they shouldnt advertise something if you dont get what you are paying for.
