I ordered 5 burgers online, except for one, all were mixed up and has nothing to do with my order! This is happened in a very slow time and there was no other order taken while I’m waiting. The photo I’m sharing show “twin cities burger” and you can see the deference between the one I saw online vs. what I got!! For the records, I had “no tomato” in my order but it seems they took everything but the onions. My burger had a pound of grilled onions.

Ordered a 6oz spicy chipotle one. I would say it is a great burger if the price isn’t so high. Been to a few burger joints (no not McD, BK, etc) myself and this one didn’t really stand out, except for the price. Then again all burger joints seemed to have prices in the sky. Perhaps I should have try something along the classic version. Didn’t try fries because I thought that will come with the burger, particularly for that price range. All in all Ok burger, nothing special even for the special, high price.

I really had high hopes for this place, after my first experience at their LAX location. Must say … this particular location is the complete opposite of what I received and experienced in LA.
How are “fresh” batch of fries served cold? The flavor was there … garlic and olive oil tasted fantastic. But … cold fries?
My burger was much better. I had the Classic Smash black bean burger: Pattie was hot, tasted fresh, and tasted pretty good. Not too much sauce, although disappointed that avocado was served in a little plastic cup rather than on the burger itself.
One negative of the burger: The bun was cold. That is unacceptable, as the cold bun really took away from the rest of the burger. Again, the flavor was there … bread has good flavor just odd texture and feel because it was so cold.
There was a pallet of what looked like shelf or table parts, right next to the seating area and mere feet from the entrance. Tacky and ugly.

First time last night. I’ve heard good reviews and had to see for myself. We went to the Fairfax location. Absolutely great! Tried sweet potatoes fries plus the ones with garlic and rosemary- delicious! I wouldn’t normally do a review except for the customer service being exceptional. The guy was super nice, friendly, and patient…explaining all the options. Wish I had gotten his name because he was great! Smashburger is my new favorite burger joint!

The restaurant is clean. Ms. Carolyn at the front counter was very nice. The blue cheese burger was okay. The Smash fries were barely cooked and dripping in oil. Not like they were supposed to be, like 10 napkins dripping. The onion strings were tasteful but also dripping in oil. Overall the people are nice, the food left a lot to be desired.

I do reviews for one of two reasons; the service is great or it’s terrible. This was definitely the latter. I’ve been here twice about a year and a half apart. The service was terrible both times. We walked in at lunch time and the 5 customers inside during lunch rush should’ve clued us in. There was no line, as we approached the register the cashier told us to hold on, she then went outside and adjusted an outdoor table’s umbrella. After she came back in and took our order we waited 25 minutes! Again, with no other orders ahead of our own. To top it off the food was bland and expensive. $14 for a burger, small fries and medium drink! The service was terrible and I’ve had better burgers at Wendy’s.
