It wasn’t too busy when I went with the family. Slow to serve. My burger tasted like it wasn’t seasoned. Milkshakes tasted good, but closer to flavored milk rather than shakes. I enjoyed Smash fries – probably the highlight. The experience was nothing special for the $.

I’ve been here twice in the last two months and the burgers are great. I can’t speak to how the food was when the place first opened but now it is very good. My spinach and Goat cheese burger was great. Sweet potato fries were great also. My kids enjoyed them as well. As for people saying this place is more expensive than others I disagree. Burgers average from~$5- $7 and you can get a combo for less than $10. Obviously this is not McDonald’s prices but it’s much less than if you want to Red Robin, Outback, etc. I will definitely continue to come here when I have a burger craving.

National Burger Day, bought one Classic Double and we got one free. They were okay. Definitely not the quality of some of the better restaurants in the area. They had issues with the register and we waited about 10 minutes for them to try and reboot the Microsoft based register. They cashier put the incorrect table number on my order and we waited another 10 minutes before someone asked to see my order.

We do not have experience dining in the restaurant, but I can tell you that my experience with takeout has been quite terrible.
Here is a list of the errors that have been made on different visits:
The cashier as accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. I caught the error when I read my receipt later while waiting for the food, and had her fix it.
Orders have been given to me missing fries on multiple occasions.
Large order of fries Has been given to me with barely any fries in it – Definitely fewer fries than a regular sized order.
Order has been given to me missing an entire burger on one occasion.
I wrote a survey to them mentioning the above incidences, and they responded and said they were going to send me some vouchers or coupons to make up for the above mistakes. Of course, I never received them.
Since then, I have always checked my orders before leaving. I never thought I had to physically unwrap the sandwiches to check them, but I was wrong.
The most recent and most egregious error just happened yesterday. Rather than giving me a black bean burger, they gave me a beef burger even though the receipt clearly says black bean. So, after getting home at 10pm, I had to figure out a different meal on my own after realizing I had taken a bite into a meaty burger that I just unsuspectingly brought in to our meat-free home.
These people just don’t seem to care. The food is good but not sure if I can support this anymore.

Burgers are good. Great fast food kind of place. They do charge separate for everything so no combo meals.

Not impressed! Really shocked of the conditions on a Monday at 11:20am.
1. Cashier was talking on the phone while I ordered, and the Customers in front of me.
2. Floor is so greasy my feet, and chair, just sliiiide……
3. Toilet Seat is broken & the RR is out of Toilet Paper – not a good way to be considering this is the condition BEFORE the Lunch rush.
4. The “Smash Fries” are stringy & near flavorless.
On a positive note:
1. Easy Parking
2. Tasty Bacon
3. The seasoning of the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Smash Burger is great, but the texture is course.
Honestly, that’s all I can give them credit for at this point.

The worst. Last time there got carryout, 2 burgers, 2 fries. Only had one burger in the bag when I got home (I should have checked before leaving but didn’t) and it looked like this, hockey puck-like and completely inedible. Called local store; no answer, left vm, no call back. Called corporate; no call back. Emailed corporate; been 3 months and nothing.

The food and service were fine, but I think the corporate concept is weak and doesn’t justify the price. I don’t care to pay for how the low-wage employee makes the burger, really. For $15/meal, I’d rather just have a grass-fed burger or something of the sort actually worth the price. The fries were good, but fries are cheap. The milkshakes were good and brought to the table, which was appreciated. I would rather just do Checkers nearby for this type of food, but the establishment is great.

When you want a great burger freshly made but quickly. This place was great. Customer service was great. Came by a few minutes after we received our food to make sure everything was going good. You don’t usually get that at a fast food joint but this is a step up from fast food.
