Love the thin fries and the fresh burgers! The service was amazing. The young Hispanic guy with glasses was so attentive and helpful throughout my whole experience. The only comment I have is about the Brussels sprouts they were drenched in oil but overall great experience!

We ordered our food online at 7:53 PM on a Friday night. It said it would be ready at 8:06 when I arrived the cashier simply told me that my order wasn’t ready. I could see that there were about eight other people waiting for their food, but it looked like the staff had things moving quickly so I waited. Big mistake! There were no updates or no apologies as we all waited for our food after 45 minutes. I finally received my to go order. No apology for the wait and the manager was even right there assisting. The fries and tots were good. Brussels sprouts oily. The burgers were cold, but I could tell that if they were served hot they would’ve been great. Huge disappointment and huge waste of time. Terrible customer service. Not sure I would go again, even though it had potential, just because of the delay and the lack of customer service. They also should’ve turned off the online orders. 2 stars for good taste.

The staff is phenomenal! Adam and Dewitt are professional dream team! Kudos as well to Alejandra and the young girl with the low pony tail that I regularly see there who both deliver perfect customer care. The cook who tirelessly comes in everyday on his yellow bike. All of these guys are indispensable to this location and it’s more than just a meal here. Management, you have gold on your hands with these kinds of employees other businesses can only dream of. The burgers are fantastic, well worth the wait. Take the double classic smash. Never disappoints. Comes fresh and hot. Only ask is to replace the furniture, give the place a little update so the tables don’t wobble but honestly I come here for the good vibes anyway. Keep up the good work.

Mona, Jayda, and Ale were working on this Saturday night, and the place was PACKED. They handled the rush with skill and amazing teamwork. Not only were all customers managed and handled with care, the food was delectable. We had a variety of smash burgers and different fries and everyone (4 in my group) were more than happy. Thank you Mona, Jayda, and Ale, for your amazing customer service and timely hospitality. We’ll be back for more food later!

The staff were friendly and kind, they brought my food out quick and fast. I did have to wait longer because they did forgot one part of my food, but they apologized and went to get it right away when I brought it up.
The food is amazing! I had their scorchin’ chicken tenders and they were juicy and had a bit of a kick to them, but they weren’t super spicy. Fries were hot, crispy and seasoned.
The atmosphere is pretty. There are normal tables that you can sit at or you can sit at the window and get a nice view of the city/roads.
Overall, I would definitely come back here again!

First time ever here, and we were impressed! The service was excellent, and our food came out quickly — perfect for me and my family. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. For the price, the portions were generous enough to feed our family of four, with leftovers to take home. The SmashTots with cheese are a must-try — you can’t go wrong!

Today, I came in probably?for the 5th time, in the last 2 weeks the burgers were so tasty, and delicious, the chocolate milkshake, was 10/10, and DJ had such a pleasant, and welcoming attitude, he made strong eye contact, nodding while I listed off, all that what I wanted to order, very calm, and repeated my order back to me, to make sure everything was correct, which I really appreciated, excellent customer service DJ!
Will be back again, I might even, try something new next time!!!!
