Burger was good and fries. All the food was hot. No cheap $34 for burger, large fries, 3 pc tenders and large drink. The lady at the counter was nice. Service was pretty slow which is not good for an airport environment! The man there was a little grumpy and he would not a refill on our drink! 34$ bones and not one refill on drinks??? And too much ice! Come on smash burger-you can do better customer service -learn from Chick Fila!!!

Just ordered a milkshake. The cup was overfilled so it was all down the sode of it. I was given tissue to clean it up. Pulled the straw out of it amd there was a hair stuck to it. Staff looked like he hadn’t a clue what he was doing.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it had not one, not two, but three little pieces of paper in it. Totally disgusting. My wife told me to not complain in case they “spit in my food”.

I ate here departing out of PHL and for the next six hours on the plane I had explosive bloody diarrhea. The food tasted off and I totally regret eating here
Don’t recommend rolling the dice and eating here.
I also had similar complaints about the staff ignoring you and slow service, but food poisoning trumps that.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Wasn’t listening, input wrong items — not the only one with this issue as others had incorrect orders input as well with items missing. Needs more training or firing.
As for food, items I had were good as most other smashburger locations, but limited menu compared to the location in Concourse B/C connector. Go there if you have the extra 10 min to walk there.

Food is decent, service is abominable beyond all measure. Most employees don’t speak English and cannot spell the simplest of names, nor do they care, nor do they work efficiently. 5 in line and 20 minute wait to get food AFTER ordering? This station is an atrocity and embarrassment to the PHL airport.

Don’t waste your time. Definitely don’t waste a walk to get there if you’re not close. The service is extremely slow and once you get served, they don’t seem very nice either. I’m sure you can find something way better and much faster anywhere else in the airport.
