OUTSTANDING!!! First off…I LOVE Smashburger! I got my food quickly, with a smile from the friendly staff! The burger tasted awesome and was nice and hot! Lots of fries!! I’ve been here many times, and I’ve loved it every time! BTW…ignore the haters leaving spiteful, nasty, UNTRUTHFUL comments!! They’re liars! This place ROCKS!!

Bought a chicken sandwich & fries. The so called “Chicken “ was some sort of gray colored ground up mixture of something that looked like turkey stuffing and didn’t really have a distinguishing flavor, French fried were terribly greasy. Wasted $17.00

THIS is how they serve your food. Everything thrown on a tray together. No plates, nothing. Meal was supposed to be tenders, a burger and 2 orders of tater tots. I did ask for a couple ketchup pkgs. This is what we got (burger is to the side on a napkin).

Love their food! There’s been a few times issues with customer service and closing early or being out of stuff. Overall though still highly recommend. The smash fries are really good too.

Great casino , smash burger great franchise I visited multiple locations , maybe this one was having a bad day or maybe I came at the Wrong time , but the staff was extremely irritated with taking orders , the manger was great at resolving the issues , cashiers really short n snapping , not happy to be at work , n customer service is the last thing on their mind while dealing with making the public food , I was completely disgusted and embarrassed over no bacon on a sandwich they took the sandwich n removed the bacon never made a new sandwich and wrapped it back up in front of my face as if I was being a jerk asking for no bacon , I’m Allergic they told em I had to tell them that ahead of time n they would make a new sandwich then I couldn’t believe it n the waiter gave me the hardest time to get a refund I almost knocked a chair over they had to call security good food walk lite with the staff they are not happy to help assist feeding people actively gambling at the casino worst experiences But Yal might have a different experience we are native to this land

Does NOT accept SmashBurger GIFT CARDS or COUPONS!!!
It took about 5 minutes for them to figure out that they couldn’t accept official Smashburger coupons or email offers (they were going to call someone to see if they could make it work). It took another employee to step in to say they couldn’t accept Smashburger gift cards either, so that was another 2 minutes.
I left without ordering, but Smashburger usually served good food!
