Very tasty, wonderful service.
The burgers are delicious. The meat is fresh, the seasoning is nice, cooking is spot on. The french fries are thin, tasty, crunchy. The coffe shake is absolutely perfect in a hot summer day. The dining room is large with high ceilings and a lot of light. One nice and rare addition: there are sound absorbing panels on the ceiling so the noise level should remain in control. The service was helping, smiling and very friendy.

Good fresh burgers. The staff is friendly and they bring the good to your table. My favorite is the BBQ, Bacon, cheddar burger. They now serve tater tots and they are delicious. Join the rewards program and get $10 off after spending $100.

I was very happy with my dinner experience. Food was hot and fresh, service was attentive. I’ll be back again.
My husband and I bring my grandson for lunch once a week to this location. Last week we had a disagreement with the acting manager, then our food arrived. Food was not as good as usual. We’ll be going to a different location- you’ve lost a loyal customer over the portions of milkshake.

Very slow in ordering even they have two staffs and one manager. We only have one family ahead of us. But it took so long to process and no parallelism.

Food is great and always delicious. But management has only one server both serving tables and cleaning tables at a time usually. During busy hours its not uncommon to see a third of the tables left with trays. Should consider garbage bins to allow customers to throw food out on their own. Would save time on the servers end and allow new patrons at least a chance to sit. Besides that food again is excellent.

It is always delicious! The service is polite ans fast. They did mess up on the order. We requested Black bean burger and they brought us a meat burger. They did fix the issue quickly and apologized for the error. We visit often and don’t generally have issues. The fries are always too oily, but we just let them sit on napkins for a while now. Shakes are great. Very good black bean burger when the consistency is right and it doesn’t fall apart.

The food is good but they were out of stock on the type of burger patty I wanted at a recent visit. Also we got a measly portion of the thin onion “rings” so I wouldn’t bother ordering those again. Dining area needs to be kept cleaner. We had to change tables.

I like having a SMASHBurger so close to me, but I do feel like the service could be better. The food quality is good and the selection of choices are standard like any other of it’s chain locations, but depending on the shifts and the employees working that day, service is definitely not consistent. Some days I have great service, but other days it’s really below quick service expectations.

The guy behind the counter was really friendly and polite. I was surprised and happy to see the 10% Veteran/Military discount. The classic Smash Burger tasted great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’ll be going back.
