First time in, meet with layla who was extremely nice. My kids didn’t want smash burger but she still went out of her way to give them coloring sheets and crayons. My Food was great. Will return when in the area.

I typically love coming to smash burger and this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. I ordered food between 5:20- 5:30pm and they made me get up after I sat because they wanted to close that section. There was another couple nearby but they were there earlier so they weren’t asked to move. She told me to go sit in the other section but there were no seats available. I asked last where she would like me to sit and she didn’t have a suggestion because there weren’t any other available seats in the section she wanted me to move to. She just stated that I should have been told that I could only take the food to go when I paid. The lady that took my order didn’t say a thing and was very nice. We had to leave and find somewhere to sit outside of restaurant. Totally unprofessional in my opinion. To top things off, my avocado add on looked old and my bacon was soggy. Will never come back to this location again. Tipping in advance is such a hit or miss, had I known, I wouldn’t have added a tip to my order.

Thank you smash burger for your service worker Franlis and Cesar was very helpful. This is one of the store I happily enjoy very time I visit because not only of how delicious your food tastes it’s also of how hardworking, friendly reliable employees you have such as is Sherlyn, Cesar and Franlis. I really enjoyed the freshness of the food the wait wasn’t so harsh. 10/10 experience I would recommend again and again.

Sheerlyn, Franlis and kahlin are amazing employees. We accidentally ordered two shroom burgers not knowing they were not veg. They immediately swapped it out with bean burgers with no extra cost. Can’t appreciate the gesture enough!

I had a great experience at this location specifically , seeing as at other smash burgers the hospitality wasn’t great. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was excellent!! The ladies who helped me franlis and sherlyn were particularly helpful and made it much easier to get my order in specific how i wanted it. Great service 10/10 for this location
