The food was great. Ordered cheese tots with extra cheese and I was pleasantly surprised when the basket came with a proper metal fork! Such a simple thing but I’ll remember that for a long time.
Brandon was spectacular. He was friendly, attentive, and gave an honest answer when I asked what the heat level of the new scorching menu items. Definitely worthy of the employee of the month!

Just brought my 9 year old here because he wanted to try it. Brandon at the counter was super friendly and helpful. My son got a double bacon burger and smash fries and at the whole thing he loved it so much. The smash fries are so flavorful. I got the chicken strips and sweet potato fries which were also really good. Shout out to Laura in the kitchen who cooked the food- everything was perfect! We would definitely come back to the location again.

It is so refreshing to be greeted by a warm and enthusiastic employee. It’s rare these days. Kelly was extremely pleasant and served us with a smile. She took the time to explain the menu options to us. I ordered the Mac & cheese burger and it was the best burger I have ever had. Kelly did tell me it was a limited time menu item. I hope you consider making it a regular. I hadn’t been there in a while but with the exceptional customer service I received I will be back!

Had a great dining experience at the Smash Burger in Brick. Kelly took care of us and was friendly and courteous. She was so great and positive that I felt compelled to tell her how outstanding she was. It is so rare to find such friendly workers and we really appreciated it! Never been in before and was a little overwhelmed but Kelly showed me the ropes without judgment. She explained the menu to me and let me know what deals they were offering. She recommended the Colorado which was a perfect choice, not too spicy with a little sweet. She was running around, bussing tables, making milkshakes, and handing out orders. All with a smile on her face. Great to see someone who actually likes their job lol. She was great and for that I will be back

What really made the visit stand out was our server, Tineerah. She was kind, patient, and very attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed with a positive attitude. The food was just as good, fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Great service and great food made it an amazing experience.
