My visit to Smashburger was great. I went for dinner and the service was much better than anticipated. I was greeted immediately and was seen in about two minutes.
The food tasted great and my order was brought to my table. The place is well lit with great decor and the seats are comfortable. Prices are fair and the food tasted great.

Disgusting!! When we walked in, the only cashier was eating with another employee! It was alright though, considering the chef and waiter both sat down to chat up too, so they could play “Would you rather”. The place was empty, almost all of the tables were disgustingly dirty (not to mention one that used napkins as support for it to stand upright), and the floors were greasy, as if I were in an ice rink. It appeared as if there was no attempt to clean anything whatsoever. With the wait time, I would’ve been able to taken a tour of the White House, TWICE. The food was greasy compared to at least 6 other smash burger locations I’ve been to. The fries were hard/stale. Never going there again.

I feel like giving this place two stars is a lot.
My mom and I order two classic smash burgers and when we took a bit of them we saw that they were both still very pink in the middle. I had to get up and ask for it to be cooked long. Got no response from the employee working at the time but he did take them back into the kitchen.
We got two new burgers which were fully cooked but still no sincerity or apology.
The service was fast but definitely should be careful with serving their dishes under cooked

I love Smashburger, and specifically this location. The workers here are welcoming and efficient, short wait times with great quality food for a decent price! Their sweet potato fries are the best around in my opinion. I love going here, just had some today actually. Their online ordering system is simple and quick, easy to understand and navigate. We live about 10 minutes away from this location. I ordered while waiting for my car to heat up, drove there straight afterwards and food was hot and ready! I was there and back in 20 minutes.

Love the Smash! Best burger place around. Burgers and fries and now tots!!! This is definitely my happy place. My crew loves coming here on Fridays for lunch. The staff here works hard. Thank you for your hard work. The service biz is tough and you make it work. Place is clean and food is hot. Take your time and eat, chill and enjoy with others. A++++ Try the New Jersey burger

Honestly it’s hard to be impressed by this place. I ordered a salad of which I sent back, it was not crisp and fresh, instead it was damp, limp and had a rotted smell. So I ordered the burger. Burgers are mediocre, nothing special about a mushy roll out of a bag, a very dried out 4 oz burger on a plate. I can do better elsewhere or at home in under 10 minutes. The booth seating needs serious replacement, floor seemed like it had a greasy film on tiles, tables dirty.. Management needs to get to work here and raise the bar. In short, they lost a customer and earned this review. I won’t be going back.

Food is good, but the service is incredibly slow. I feel like the cashier is in training every time I visit. I understand new employees have to be trained, but my experience ordering (and waiting) for food there is terrible. Maybe takeout is the way to go here, because I do enjoy the burgers (both beef and chicken are good).

Food is good. I would not consider this a healthy choice but for a step up from fast food it’s worth the additional price. Lines can be long so be prepared and have a little patience. The seasoned fries are delicious as is the salted caramel shake. The staff is very attentive and will get an additional items you may need. Tables are always clean as is the bathrooms. GF options are available but cross contamination is likely.
